Poor communication
I have had no email confirmation. I have no idea what's going on or confirmation of my payment, or the draw numbers. It's disappointing so I can't give a good review unfortunately.

I have only spoken to a member of staff…
I have only spoken to a member of staff on 3 or 4 occasions and have alway's found them helpful and friendly I am hoping i get to speak to someone from club lotto soon to tell me i'm a winner and i'm positive i will like them even more. 👍
