Would never booked hoilday here again very unprofessional, rang three times about a muti trip hoilday in lurgan branch ,was told three times I received email about break down off cost never did ,very rude will be reporting the complaint to club world management.

They have by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You ask a basic question and they cant understand it. I am actually shocked at how bad it is.

I was looking for a ticket to Pakistan, from 13 august to 27. I dealt with Ali, he was unreal , he sort me out in no time and gave us a cheap ticket, even though other travel were really expensive.
Ali was real sound and helpful.

Was looking for a flight to Colombo end of Jun, I checked prices with other agents and online, but I got a very good deal from Club Travel with Ali. He is a great agent, super friendly and got me very competitive prices. Very happy with overall experience and will definitely contact Ali again and recommend him with friends and family

i had an amazing trip to France for the Rugby world Cup, Staff meet us in Dublin airport directed us to the check in desk, once we landed in Paris, they were ready and waiting to direct us to the the buses to take us to the hotels. the rep helped us check-in into the hotel. the hotel was perfect lots of other rugby fans in the hotel, which lead to a great sing song in the hotel bar. i would recommend Club travel to anyone

Had a great trip recently with Club Travel for World Cup 2023 in France. I found all the staff to be really professional and helpful. There were reps at the airport to help with check in and reps in France to help with transfers to the hotel. Plenty of notice about the return transfer in the hotel. The club travel rep at the hotel assisted with the check in. Hotel was in a great location. The match tickets included in the package were really great tickets. I couldn’t have had a better trip and would definitely use Club Travel again.

My party booked the rugby World Cup pool game Ireland V Scotland in Paris with Club travel.
We paid for a city centre hotel, the hotel was 20 minutes outside Paris in the middle of nowhere and 40 minutes from the stadium. For the match our seats in the stadium were beyond TERRIBLE.
We could not see a stadium screen from our seats so we didn’t know the score, the time of game or could not view any replays, if we stood up we couldn’t see the far end of the pitch. The package was grossly overpriced and definitely not value for money.
I would leave a minus star review if possible, I will never use club travel again

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a holiday to Ikos Resort in Corfu directly through their website, including hotels. Received a confirmation of the flight reservation but heard nothing further. Through good fortune I checked the booking direct with BA today and they have no record of it. Contacted 'Club Travel' to be told my card had been declined and they sent an email - which must have gone into my junk. Absolutely no further follow up. Apparently my fault because I should have known to check my junk folder. Any other company would have called in this situation, but apparently "they only deal in emails". Complete cowboys, no wonder they have such a poor Trustpilot rating. Hope never to have to deal with again.

We have lost our flight to Dubai and Zohaib Mustafa has been very proffesional and helpful. He arranged very fast another flight, he is very patient, even though we called him many times he sorted out our problem. Thank very much, Zohaib Mustafa for your help! If you need a stress free plan for your holiday, he's the man to contact!

I have left 1 star, had it been possible I would have left 0 stars. Customer service is absolutely appalling, don’t reply to emails, or a request for a telephone call.
I had booked a holiday but within an hour of this realised it was going to clash with a family commitment. Family would always take priority over a holiday. On contacting the hotel this was cancelled very efficiently within 2 hours. Ikos resorts were unable to cancel flights but gave me Club Travel details.
I immediately contacted them, I was advised they had nothing to do with booking of flights, as they were only ticket agents. I was advised I would have to do this myself, the reference they gave me was not recognised by Jet2 online.
The next morning I rang Jet2 at 8am by 8.30am I received an email confirming all cancelled again all very efficient.
I then sent an email to Club Travel advising them that I had been successful and now all was well, in that I stated I didn’t expect there to be any charges.
Then 3 weeks later I received my master card statement showing charges from Club Travel, I emailed them asking that they be refunded.
Club Travel advised me they had fulfilled there part of my contract as Jet2 had confirmed my flights. I then emailed again to them saying there never was any confirmation from Jet2, and the only email from Jet 2 was the cancellation, and I was happy that they seek confirmation of this.
I have requested they contact me but to no avail, very rude, and appalling customer service.
I would never recommend anyone to use this company.

Club Travel gets less than one star in my book. My flight was cancelled and Club Travel helping themselves to some of my refund money that the Airline refunded me. This is after I was emailed confirming that I would receive a certain amount only for that not to be the case. Careful who you book with guys !!!

Due to Covid my holiday was canceled, My flight was cancelled by Qatar and the airline told me and not Budget Air Ireland.

I have been fighting for over 45 days to get a refund now, These flights were nearly 4 grand and business class as well,

I have proof that Qatar have refunded budget Air Ireland over a month ago and Budget Air Ireland refuse to refund me my 4 grand.

They have told me its going to take up to 9 months to get my refund !!!!. 9 months !!!! I can tell you if I didn't pay them there would have been no booking but when things happen I know covid is something we did not expect to happen but 4 grand is 4 grand, This is money that myself and my girlfriend had to work hard for and now Budget Air Ireland won't give it back to me,

Never again I am going to book with them, They are a nightmare to deal with and keep going in circles to get a refund, They also told me people have spent more then me on going to Spain or India I am like since when does normal flights cost the same as business class flights to Thailand ?

Also the reviews below are clearly not real reviews as all the profiles have one review who has giving budget air Ireland 5 stars ?, Like come on ?

Have been dealing with Cassandra from club travel wrt my cancelled flight.
From my initial e-mail inquiry on Friday I got a response from Cassandra on Saturday and my request was dealt with very
efficiently.
Would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again for my future travel plans as I have found dealing with this company
a pleasure.

Absolute gangster. Requested for my flight to me brought forward due to the Corona virus and they wanted 750 euro(return flights originally cost 550). Went to the airport and they put us on the next flight home for free 4 days before the date we were told was the next available which was today and would have been too late. Absolute joke of a company.

Thank you, Val, for going above and beyond the call of duty to help us sort our problem when our flight got cancelled due to the Corona virus travel ban to Hongkong. We are now home in Ireland largely because you fixed everything for us. Thank you for being extremely patient and helpful to me. I don't know how you did it (I mean how you explained our dilemma to Cathay Pacific and British Airways and all) but I know you really went the extra mile so our family could come home. Thank you, Val! Club Travel Ireland has just won my loyalty because of you.

BAD travel agency with worst customer service ever .

Have ignored calls and emails for 6 month. Requested to speak with director but no one bothered to take call.

Shame on them as Irish company being so disrespectful to customers that booked business class flights

I don't even know where to start. We have been saving for our holidays for the last 2 years and this time we decided to use a travel agency as we have a little toddler - we chose escape2 which belongs to Club Travel. We thought it would be better to book the holidays thro a travel agency as they would help us and guide us if we had any problem - this couldn't be further from the truth. We book the holidays 8 months before and changed hotel 5 months before the actual holidays. Since then we have been given misinformation over and over again. Every single person we speak to tells us something different and say they will contact us afterward which never occurs. We had to ring different companies to double check the information provided. The latest and worst is now, 2weeks before our flight they tell us the hotel is overbooked and that they are moving us to the only hotel that I didn't want to stay in. We checked with the hotel chain and guess what - they never booked our accommodation. Only when I spoke with a team leader complaining of the lack of point of contact/information, they realised they never booked the accommodation 5 months ago. They booked the only available hotel then in such a rush that they booked the wrong dates and they never booked a cot for my little 1year old. I sorted it out directly with the hotel. We caught them lying over and over and they keep telling us that it is out of their control as per the terms and conditions - how not booking the accommodation in first place is out of their control??? We have an email from the hotel confirming all of this. No will from the agency whatsoever to get to the bottom of this - their attitude has been take it or leave it. All of our party is in total distress - sleepless nights, tears and stress trying to understand why a holiday of a lifetime has been ruined by their attitude and lack of support. We tried to contact their manager but they won't provide us the information. We feel totally helpless and we don't know how can they do this and get away with it. This is no way to treat a customer. What's the point in using a travel agency if when something happens they don't support you?!
