Travel by Louise was fantastic ! She was very quick , efficient and sensitive to our needs . She arranged assisted travel for us and that made the experience a breeze . The holiday went without a hitch and I will be booking again with travel by louse thanks again

We had a wonderful week in Sunny beach Bulgaria. All sorted by Louise ( @travelbylouise ) we had an amazing holiday and we knew if we needed her she was just a message or phone call away . This holiday was soo great , all done by Louise we didn’t have to worry about anything.
We are already looking to book through her again in September

Selina is a holiday expert, I came across her after my sister recommended her and I was fed up of looking through hotels and bad reviews. I messaged her and she called instantly asking for what I am after and within hours she sent us options of beautiful hotels that I had not come across in my search for a holiday. She got us a good price and followed up before the holiday and once I was there checking all was ok and that we were happy with the hotel. Being a new mum and new to family holidays she was so helpful on sharing her own experience and requested babychairs, travel cots and gave me tips I wouldn’t have even thought of. I have since used her for my other holidays and she is always happy to help find what I’m looking for. X

My family of 5 went to Disneyland Paris in the April half term. I was finding searching for the right deal difficult and asked Louise to see what she could do for us. She came back with several options all within my budget. I came back with questions and queries about extra days and different travel options and nothing seemed too much trouble. As our trip grew closer I downloaded the Disney app which I was struggling to access, Louise made some calls and did her magic and sorted everything for me. I felt there was a real personal touch to her service. I would absolutely ask Louise to help us with our future bookings. We had a magical holiday, thank you :)

Can honestly say booking our Disneyland Paris trip through Becky made the whole thing so much easier. No question or worry was ever too small — she was always there on WhatsApp helping with everything from choosing the best hotel for our family, when to go, park tips, airport, and even advice while we were actually there. Becky also made several changes and requests after we'd booked, which was a massive help.

The level of help and support throughout was brilliant. She shared loads of useful recommendations and little tips we’d never have known ourselves, which genuinely made the trip smoother and more enjoyable.

Would 100% book through her again and recommend her to anyone wanting a stress-free trip.

We had a great holiday to Malta, they selected us a great hotel in a perfect location with lots of wonderful restaurants around at night we didn’t have to walk far to get to some top places to eat. The Hotel was fantastic and itself had A Michelin Plate restaurant. The flights were good easy collection to and from the airport was smooth. Good advice on local facilities. Great holiday will do it again.

Wanted to take treat my family to a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords which none of us had done before. Selina’s advice, knowledge and recommendations were invaluable and I am so pleased we went with what she suggested. Selina provided us with multiple options, advice on cabin location and details of the three or four cruise company’s that operate at the time of year we wanted to go. We had the best time and a lot of that was down to the advice we were given. Thank you. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to book our next adventure.

Having just returned from Sri Lanka and Australia, Becky has again excelled, providing an excellent and trouble free 5 week trip.
Due to the ongoing issues in the Middle East, this trip would not have gone ahead had Becky not been able to rearrange our flights within days of our departure and all the subsequent changes that were required. Becky's speed and efficiency in dealing with these matters is consistently impressive.
Having Becky arrange previous trips, together with this most recent one, we would not hesitate to recommend her.

Booked through an independent travel agent who booked through club voyages who then booked through another company . Hotel room was full of mould . Reported to the hotel on several occasions but couldn’t move rooms as were full . Promised an engineer would be up to look at faulty air con unit on each occasion .
Complained on return to be met a can’t be bothered attitude . To make matters worse I’ve since found out the company they used to book my holiday are not ABTA protected .
Definitely would not recommend

We’ve just returned from a wonderful short break cruise, expertly organised by Louise. This our fourth holiday we’ve booked with her and once again, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

I asked for help from Becky after searching for a long time for a hotel in Manchester. I was looking for something a little bit different and not the bog standard type of hotel. Within minutes, Becky came up trumps with a fantastic hotel. We had a brilliant weekend thanks to Becky’s expertise.

I have enlisted the services of Becky Walker at Club Voyages a couple of times in a professional capacity so. Let me tell you, it was a relief to have found her. She made my life so much easier organising and coordination of a conference for around 40 people.

From helping choose a central location, with good airport connections, the organisation of accommodation, appropriate conference facilities, group dinners, plus an event for all attendees, she was amazing.

Communication, flexibility and the knowledge of the markets was fabulous. I have no hesitation I will be using her services again.

I can give more feedback on personal trip, as she has organised our trip to Antarctica 2026, she is a font of knowledge, so I know it will be amazing.

Sam at Club Voyages was absolutely brilliant! He arranged our trip to South Africa's Garden Route in November - flight, car hire, hotels - and everything worked like clockwork! The hotels were generally out of this world - and having the freedom 'to do our own thing' between stops was absolutely perfect. It was a dream trip and we'll never forget the glorious flora, fauna, stunning landscapes and beautiful people we encountered. HIGHLY recommended!!

Becky organised a short break for myself and girl friend to Budapest . She also organised personal transfers to and from the hotel to the airport .
I also asked Becky if she could organise a Spa trip whilst we were there and she came up trumps.
The hotel, central location, and transfers were seamless . Becky informed us all the way of what she had organised and ensured we were happy with her choices.
We really had an amazing break and all the stress was taken away by Her.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Becky again !
