I Enjoy playing. But when you do have an issue and are told you will be getting a refund, then it doesn’t come. You call back and ask why you didn’t get your refund and now the story changes and you don’t get a refund. That’s bad business. All the bad bests and bots playing here didn’t bother me. I was having fun. But bad customer service is the last straw. Stay away from this site.

I slowly build a $100 buy in up to $3000. In two days it was all gone. I lost 8 consecutive hands as a 80-90% favorite. AA vs AK, straight, KK vs AK x 2, Ace on flop (of course), AA to KJ, 833 flop, get called on the flop and running jacks, KK to 78 T43 flop, get called on the flop and running 9J. I've never seen anything like this site. If you can get in cheap, you'll probably win when you first set up. Then immediately cash out. As soon as you have a good week, cash out and take the money and run. Rigged to the extreme.

They say that online poker is not rigged, I bet you'll think otherwise after 30 mins of playing on this website.. this should be removed from the Internet. I hope there's a lawsuit soon so I can get some of my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this website.

Terrible sofware !!! Today got disconnected 3 times , twice when I was in the hand , got me out of the game and lost 2 important pots …piece of shit software

there are so many statistically bad anomalies. i just spent the better half of 2 hours losing to people who played 8/3 off suite, 6/Q off suite, complete garbage hands with dominant hands like mid pocket pairs or suited A/K A/Q. I watched a player at the table I was at just destroy the table with complete trash hands over and over and over. I understand there is luck involved with poker but to lose consistanly against hands that shouldnt play let alone call 2-5x bb and then get lucky over hands that belong is unreal. not sure how they choose but there is no doubt in my mind that players are favored over others? maybe because of how much they buy in with? im not sure but its unreal. i have played poker the better half of 20 years and have never seen anything quiet like this. DO BETTER CLUBWPT

Has this happened to you??. ...here are the odds of two playing scenarios I see while playing out way too often at Club WPT....

When two cards are of the same suit on the flop...

The odds are approximately 1 in 17, or about 6%, that the next two cards will be of the same suit, given two cards of the same suit are already on the flop. This is calculated by finding the probability of the turn card being the same suit (12/47) and then multiplying it by the probability of the river card also being the same suit (11/46), which equals 12/47 * 11/46 ≈ 1.7%

And ...On The Flop, turn and river...

The odds of being dealt four cards of the same suit (a four-card flush draw) as your first four cards is approximately 1 in 33,400. This is calculated by multiplying the probabilities of each subsequent card matching the suit of the first card, which is approximately 0.0000297, or 0.00297%.

It has happened to me now 7 times in the last 15 games and the odds of that happening are astronomical....but not for your algorithm!!!

So how is this possible? And dont ask me for the game number etc. Just recheck your system.
They always send a cut and paste response for game number which goes away faster then you can remember to write it down!

Horrible bad beats over and over again. AQ flops the Q. Other player basically all in with Q 10. 10 is the turn card. 6% on the turn, 6% on the river are the odds. Over and over again.

Why have a wait list for a table to be the first person on the list but then let someone else snipe the seat the second it opens while you watch?

One of the worst casinos its all bottom made by them players from countries that doesn’t match with the advertised i literally saw few players from canada and all the players whos winning either from china or those Asian countries that sus and about the platform or the way they programmed the winning hands its un-logic Zynga poker is better the winning and losing hands i do not recommend WPT casino its so so bad

fantastic game if you like stupid bad beats all the time. you win a little then lose alot on a good hand. get ready, your hand will lose no matter what. pocket AA you lose, inside straight-LOSER, Flush draw-NO YOU LOSE--all suck outs! you suck, you lose!! Have Fun!!

Ok, so after I was able to get on. I realized that the games are rigged just like everyone warned, and no one mentions that you are paying .05 every hand you play. I just want to add that to the great reviews this app is receiving. OH, and if you want to know what frustration is like, try to understand how you have to fold 100 times to win a tiny bit.

Maybe the worst poker company to ever exist. How can you release a desktop app that is still broken this long after its release. Pitiful.

There are way too many 3 & 4-card flushes among the community cards. I have lost on the river several times to the fourth flush card. This is highly improbable. Your opponent will almost always hit their flush, and you will rarely hit yours. No one chats, and I can't even get mine turned on. I would recommend canceling any pay account you have with this site.

You might do well winning points but when it comes to actual money you won’t win a penny!

clubwpt and ESPECIALLY clubwpt are absolutely 100% rigged. I ran a software program while I was playing to analyze if the cards were being dealt Randomly and it came back 0% (failed). I have beyond the shadow of a doubt evidence that clubwpt gold is rigged 100%. I collected over 1000 hand samples and analyzed each hand that I was 90 to 95% favorite to win the hand and every single time somehow the person was able to catch that 5-10% probability numerous times. Had this only happened once I would have written it off as just random But this didn't happen in just one hand this happend in hundreds of hands and I have the evidence to prove it now... ClubWpt gold is 100% rigged and I would not recommend anyone play on that site ever if you do not want to be cheated out of your money. Its one thing to lose outright. But when you are losing hands that your 97% favorite to win and you somehow lose to the 3% chance of winning hand over and over and over hundreds of times then it no longer becomes just bad luck. Nobody has that bad of luck and there isn't even that many bad beats and coolers that happen to players in real life that much like it does on this site. I know for a fact now that their is some kind of collusion and cheating going on at clubwpt gold. Which is why they are facing legal scrutiny now. Because people have caught on to the cheating and unfair unethical practices of this company and its software engineers in order to maximize profits for its investors and owners. So BEWARE OF THIS SITE. DO NOT PLAY ON CLUBWPT GOLD or CLUBWPT ever. Don't play online at all if you don't want to he cheated out of your money. Either play in person or don't play at all.

Rigged... Playing good cards is useless. Stay off this garbage site. In one week I have been 1 outed twice and 2 outed 3 times in the last week.... and countless bad beats. I barely win with the best hand but get showered with bad beats. Over and over and over and.... you get it. Does the best hand win on this site? Does math work? Or are they happy handing out terrible beats to terrible players....

Gonna be honest, I deposited 50 originally and won 1.3k in a tournament, I think I got lucky but also played well... now after that is completely different, Getting absolute coolers constantly and the most insane hands calling today. I 5 bet jammed 3 ways after the guy on my right raised my raise with QQ, now maybe overplayed but the guy was loose and I thought he would have AK a lot (Which he did). The guy before him who limped then called my 3 bet instantly calls with 108 off suit in a 55$ tourney. Now if it was a 5$ one I get it but 55$ online is pretty good for a tourney especially when u have more than starting. And of course as we know, the guy flops a full house instantly. Had one where a guy got to the river with no pair and 1 heart on the flop with 54hh on a AK9 board in a 3bet pot where on the flop, guy with the set bet and I raised as a bluff with Q10 and he flatted a pretty decent size raise with nothing and ofcourse, I hit a J get it all in on the turn and he calls with the other who has a set because he has a flush draw and hits a heart to win (another 55$ tourney). This is the things that make players not play on these sites, because if we play in real life these hands NEVER happen and still shouldn't at the stakes we are playing with 20k+ gtds. Is the site rigged, maybe... but something funky is 100% happening and I doubt wptgold will say if it is (even if they fix it) because of how it'll ruin their reputation.

Popups appear so that you accidentally click a button. Then it takes crazy money (over $500 for me) out of your bank. Won't refund. Don't care. It's a scam to steal money and they know it. Avoid. There are other poker apps.
