Delivery v good timing. Package very well. Had a slight issue with setup. Almost too many settings to play with find your own setup. Emailed for help and response v quick with resolution. 10-10
Superb satnav at a fantastic price especially set up for our Motorhome. Christian sent us full instructions and was very helpful. Free lifetime maps and a in built dashcam what’s not to love.

Fantastic customer experience to back up a very good product.
Contacted Christian with a few questions which were responded to very quickly and, more importantly....honestly. Made the purchase with next day delivery. Product is great with Christian again responding almost immediately to a couple of further questions. Well impressed.

Needs updating with Welsh 20 MPH speed signage - been in force nearly a year now.
Quick delivery of our SatNav, great size - easy to use and to see whilst driving. Haven't used it to plot a journey yet but looks quite intuitive for what we will use it for. Good back-up from comapany who sent out various videos to get started.
One query is that the speed reductions in Wales have not come through on the unit I have despite the 20 MPH reduction on most old 30 MPH roads been in force for nearly a year. Could catch you out if you are not aware just how many reduced areas there are.

Good system
Good system with tutorial video's to help understand it's operation. Good clear screen. Only small issue is the sun visor is a tad flimsy and slides about.

I had been recommended by a mate to this company.I am very pleased the Sat Nav been using it for a week in the lorry now with no problem.Great product.
I made a small mistake when ordering and Christian was straight on the phone and sorted it out.You dont get that on Amazon/Ebay.

I cant fault Christian good to deal with unfortunately the unit wasn't for me can't fault the customer service I might just be being fussy but not what I'm after I'm sure the problems I had will be rectified in the future with updates but I'm giving 5 stars for tge customer service and delivery

First class…
Usually i take a well troden path tomtom or garmin. So glad i didnt i bought the £100 pound model totally faultless i deliver for a builders merchant so can get tight and difficult not with this sat nav.

I was able to find all the information…
I was able to find all the information I needed to make a purchase on the website. Although I did not need any additional information, I knew that I could reach out by email.
The ordering process was flawless and I was kept informed when the item was dispatched and on right up to delivery.
Looks to be a good product and currently getting used to it. I was sent a text message just after purchase with a link to some tutorials on YouTube which have helped is setting up and initial use. I couldn’t ask for a better service.
