I previously wrote a review where I criticized WEF's articles for being overly one sided and not being critical by including both pros and cons of issues to justify its recommendations. Since that review I've noticed a change in the site where they have raised the standards and are now doing this. It is good to see them be responsive to outside criticism. I'd still like for them to include an email so people can email them about concerns but at least someone is paying attention to TrustPilot reviews.
