Fantastic program
As a chef for 10+ years, it was challenging to maintain a good exercise and nutrition routine. I was working out casually and not a lot of thought went into my eating schedule, thinking about doing PT, but they were quite expensive, then I came across Cameron’s coaching program. It was affordable, Cameron starts by finding out what ‘you’ want from a fitness program and designing that for you, it helped me schedule and log my workouts, as well as guide me through a nutrition program to reach my fitness goals, 6 weeks in and I feel mentally and physically the best I have in years.
He’s also built a community online so you can check in on your workouts/ week and how you think you’ve performed, and give yourself realistic targets with other members.
It’s not an overbearing fitness program where someone is pushing you to your limits, it’s a guide, where you can adhere as much as you want but the end result is to achieve the goals you set out, reasonably and with help along the way if you need it.
