Neeka is the best! She’s very kind, friendly and made me feel welcomed when I first joined Jetts. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating starting at the gym, but she makes the whole environment feel comfortable, motivating, and empowering. She really understands how to push you while still being supportive and encouraging.

Her knowledge is amazing and she explains everything to get the best results. Every session feels personalised and focused on my goals, and I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall fitness.

Neeka has made me feel so comfortable and she is so helpful both in the gym and outside of the gym. I have had both online coaching and in person sessions and both have equally been as good as the other. Neeka really listens to you and adjusts anything and always messages back so promptly when in need of anything whether it be for meals or help in the gym. I’m just at the start of my training but I’m already starting to see results and I’m so thankful. She’s made my whole personal training experience so much more enjoyable than I initially thought it would be. 100% would recommend, especially for beginners that are new to the gym and working on themselves 💗
