I was skeptical of coaching to begin with, but eyes have been opened, it's to give a permanent solution, rather than a band, aid.
The site offers easy access to trained and qualified professionals, if anyone wants to in any way improve their quality of life, I would highly recommend scrolling through Coaches Connect, I myself found great benefit through a sleep coach.
