There is an impressive amount of quality content and structure to this program. There is extreme value being created here and everything you need is provided in one place. I highly recommend this program if you are serious about taking the next step in your business venture.

I can't say enough great things about Coach Foundation! After years of struggling to build my coaching practice without measurable success, I was skeptical about trying yet another program. But from day one, the team at Coach Foundation has exceeded my expectations in every way. In less than 60 days, they’ve helped take my business to levels I never imagined possible.

Their support is outstanding—every time I reach out with a question, they respond with professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely helpful advice. They’ve consistently over-delivered on every promise, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m excited for many more years of growth with them by my side!

The main point of this review is to advise that this company appears to lack integrity & has no qualms with taking control of intellectual property & keeping the proceeds of sales after charging way too much for an inferior service.

Brace yourself, it's a long and depressing story.

Initially, I signed up for a free session in May 2023 & was spammed incessantly with emails from [removed due to company complaint about using a word in the company name] that I couldn't unsubscribe from.

Then a prearranged call was cancelled at the last minute, (just over an hour beforehand). I'd stayed up late for the call and found the last-minute cancellation very unprofessional.

A few months later, I joined the Breakthrough Author Live Sessions, which admittedly were helpful, but a promised gift from the sessions was never delivered, even after follow ups.

Despite that, I stupidly joined the Breakthrough Author Programme; the single worst decision of my life. $10,000 was taken, in 5 payments from Aug to Nov 2023, then a dream of writing a book was turned into a year & a half long nightmare ending with the company profiting off my hard work.

I finished writing my book in Sep 2023, but it wasn't published until Jan 2025 due to technical issues, unexplained delays, poor editing, poor design and constantly ignored messages.

The accelerator platform doesn't function as it should. In many instances completed modules & uploaded documents were 'lost' but I wasn't advised until months later. It would often take weeks for staff to find the missing documents.

As for the cover design, I described exactly what I wanted, in detail, but the designer completely ignored that and sent through some absolutely horrible options. Several Times. In the end, I had to do a mockup example and still the designer couldn't get it right.

Writing was completed in Sep 2023, but a viable cover design didn't materialise until Jul 2024. That's almost a year wasted on a design I'd succinctly stated from the start. Surely a business with integrity wouldn't charge thousands to deliver delays and terrible service?

In Aug 2024, I voiced concerns about these issues & 'bonuses' were offered to make up for the trouble, but of course, never delivered. Even after I chased them up several times.

At some point, mistakes started getting edited into the manuscript, which meant I ended up editing the book as well. That was part of the 'service' I had paid for! Who charges for a service then makes the customer do some of the work?

Even after too many rounds of edits to count, there are still mistakes present in the book, which doesn't say much for the company's attention to detail. It also looks very unprofessional & is extremely disappointing.

As if that wasn't bad enough, there have been reports from customers that the ePub is full of formatting mistakes. These include errors in tables and no aspect ratio causing distorted graphics. Many of these mistakes were ones I picked up but was assured that the book displayed properly in Kindle.

Also, despite the fact that I provided high resolution images and graphics for the book, readers have advised that they are low resolution in the ePub.

Summary of main issues:
* Promised gift from Breakthrough Author Sessions not received
* Several technical issues with accelerator platform.
* Book design took almost a year as notes were constantly ignored.
* Editing of book was a fiasco. Mistakes were constantly edited into manuscript.
* It took a year and a half to publish the book after the writing was done.
* Promised bonuses not delivered.
* ePub file full of errors, including low resolution images, incorrect formatting of tables and no aspect ratio, causing display issues.

Now, the kicker...

They published my book on their account, (without permission or warning), & now refuse to hand over control to me. Why would a company that doesn't intend to take your sales money do that?

Essentially, they took $10,000 for the provision of extremely sub-par service & are now receiving proceeds from someone else's work.

They say that I stopped making payments, which is completely untrue. I have bank statements proving I did, as well as assurances from the bank that the company made no attempt to debit my card after Nov 2023.

The burning question; if payments stopped in 2023, why wait until Jan 2025, (14 months later), to decide that I'd stopped making payments? What kind of business runs that way?

As soon as I sent an email requesting a partial refund for the terrible service and non-delivery of promises, I was, unsurprisingly, ghosted.

Once the company has your money, they don't care about your circumstances or providing promised services.

Please don't waste your time & money on a company that overcharges but doesn't deliver & ghosts you when you raise concerns.

Sai was very knowledgeable about his product. He delivered a very clear outline of expectations. The content was clear and concise and i book a further appointment.

WASTE OF MONEY! I enrolled on a couple of courses, including Launch Accelerator, which was for them to build me a website (Client Acquisition system) I paid approximately £2000 for this. Recently, I went into the back function of the website only to find Coach Foundation has removed it. I have queried this with the company to be told that they will send me a video about how to access it, fobbed off in other words, I am still waiting for said video!
I also paid around £6000 for a mastermind course, what an absolute waste of money that was!! Just before the course started I had a family crisis involving someone close and their mental health and suicidal ideation. I spoke to the company and requested a refund of the money as this would help me and my family members and reduce the stress I was under. I was extremely vulnerable and under immense stress and pressure, I cried on the phone to the coach I spoke with as I explained my personal situation, and around this time I was also made redundant. This company DID NOT care, they coerced and pushed me into staying with them, telling me I would get extra support and guidance to ensure I made money within 90 days! and if I didn't make money they would continue to work with me until I did. I didn't get any extra support or guidance from them. I gave feedback to directly to the companies owner at the end of the course, telling him how disappointed I was with the course content and the organisation of the course which was poor, to say the least! He again reiterated that they would continue to work with me until I made money. Because I had this verbal agreement, made to me on several occasions, I didn't complete the form sent to me, mainly because I didn't understand why I needed to fill in a form I had already completed for the course, however, because of this I was kicked off the course. I have NOT made any money in fact I have lost money with this company. I have paid for a website that I now do not have access to, 2000 pounds down and the mastermind course 6000 down. I could cry at the amount of money this company has had from me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when signing up for anything with them! To say they are in the coaching industry they did not care about me, my financial issues or my mental health.

I attended Sai Blackburn's Authority Accelerator webinar this morning. The outstanding strategies came fast and furiously. So much good information that is actionable with excellent visual content, including the formula for building a Press Kit. I particularly like the concept of incorporating Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle into your brand story, starting with the “Why, How, and What” before moving on to company facts, media features, case studies, and images, logos, web links, and contact information. Sai shared a template for organizing outreach to the media that is different than any I have seen before. The best tips I received were about the way to reach out and build a relationship with a media personality including sharing an article written in the same style as that person. If you have an opportunity to attend one of Sai’s webinars, don’t miss it!

I attended Sai Blackburn’s recent workshop — Authority Accelerator: How to Get Featured in the Press… and was delighted at the breadth of information shared. The presentation focused on getting publicity for your business and offered clear tangible steps to successfully perform outreach. Tangible tips included building a press kit, choosing a publishing organization, who to contact, how many contacts are effective, how to engage contacts, and so much more. I left with a plan to upscale my client acquisition efforts. The delivery was was high energy, which appears common with Sai's masterclasses. I recently attended Sai's Authority Accelerator. As a new coach, I have been following Sai for some time, but this is the first event that I have actually attended.

This was not one of those free zooms by other business coaches where it was 10% value and 90% sales. This was 100% value and I was absolutely blown away by Sai and his team.

The value I have from the session is phenomenal, Sai talked through the process of leveraging media coverage to support the growth of my business. The session was well thought out and the steps were laid out in simple manageable steps, making them more actionable and achievable.
