Coach Hire Rental LTD  Avis 13

We had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Coach Hire Rental LTD and MINIBUS IT and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

We booked airport transfers and full-day transport services, specifically requesting a Mercedes VIP Sprinter (16-seater). This was confirmed by Yusuf Farook , who even provided photos. However, what followed was a series of misleading statements and false promises.
• The company does not appear to own the vehicles they advertise and instead outsourced our service to another provider - MINIBUS IT, the person who was dealing with us - Shaz.
• For our airport transfer, we were told we would receive a Sprinter, then a 30-seater, then a 32-seater. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was a 50-seater coach—completely different from what we booked.
• We were pressured into paying an additional £120 for parking, which was never mentioned in the agreement.
• We were also told that if we wanted the originally promised vehicle, we would need to pay an extra £600, which is completely unreasonable.
• The following day, we had booked a “VIP new coach,” but instead received an old 19-seater vehicle, far below the standard promised. - 20 years old Bus!
• Despite already paying via bank transfer, the company claimed they had not received the funds and pressured us into paying again by credit card.

Overall, this experience involved misrepresentation, poor service, and questionable payment practices. We have documented everything and escalated the matter to our lawyer.

We strongly recommend avoiding this company. Do not rely on the positive reviews, as our experience suggests they may not reflect reality.

Had an issue with my booking which was my fault and it was dealt with brilliantly. Excellent service would definitely use again.

Very responsive and communicative company that helped me at every turn. Once I had the booking confirmed I was able to reach out to the driver directly to confirm arrangements. Organising the transport for our wedding felt effortless using this company and I would happily use them again in the future

They arrived early, were flexible when we were ready to return early and reasonably priced. My only regret was booking through a third party site and not directly with them.

Great communication from start to finish, arrived on time. Lovely comfortable journey home and friendly driver. Very fair price considering it was a 3 hour journey during the night, would most definitely recommend.
