Extremely bad support!

Very Unsatisfied with their support!
I purchased 7 coupons from them, i send them an email and told them i received the vouchers but I need invoice, INVOICE plain English! Online chat support could not understand or help, i send their support an email asking the exact same thing only the receive a response after many hours, sending me the vouchers and trying to teach me how to access them! I say Invoice again INVOICE, what every business should have, I explain individual vouchers won't work in our finance they want invoice because i purchased quantities.... Nothing but silence!

Hassle free staycation…

I bought off Cobone for me and my wife to go to Cove rotanna.

Easy process on the website, the hotel operation was smooth. They had a section for cobone customers on arrival.

Overall great price, simple to use can't complain.

It is the worst experience I have seen in the UAE. Do not RECOMMEND to anyone. Customer service us ZERO. Simply, they sell you the voucher and they WASH their hands!!! Their customer service is useless!!

Technical Error by Cabone but They Refused to Refund

Terrible experience purchasing an attraction voucher with Cobone. I made a payment successfully but the order was put on review. Because the visit is time sensitive, I immediately requested the order to be cancelled and refund. Customer service instead of cancelling as requested, tried to manually accept the order and blame me for not responding in time that the window for a cancellation has passed. Truly unprofessional.

We understand and accept our customer's misunderstanding of the difference between us accepting the payments and the bank releasing the payment, and we would like to take this opportunity to explain the situation to you.

Please note that such cases can occur due to the bank's online payment gateway, the payment might appear as deducted but it's outstanding till your bank releases it to our account.

According to our investigation, our Email Team is working on your case and your case number is 352892, we have found out, that our team offered to assist you manually but you replied two days after which gave the bank the time to release the payment to our account.

However, we are always ready and happy to assist our customers in the best possible way if they communicate with us as per the urgency they are going through and unfortunately, as per the terms and conditions the vouchers you bought are non-refundable, and you may feel free to utilize it before 3rd of April 2024.

Naviti Warwick AlKhobar - i went with family to the restaurant today for breakfast buffet. The egyptian manager at the restaurant reception was a total unwelcoming cheat. First he asked if we are using one of hotel rooms. I replied no, then he said ok."The price is 150 sr. When i replied i have copons. He denied us saying no we aren't allowed today. How come if i get to pay i can stay, while i have already paid for copons. I can't get to enjoy breakfast. He was also being racist. Hopefully God will give him what he deserve.
