I've stayed at quite a few places in Bali but this one genuinely surprised me
The villa was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm, attentive, and never made you feel like a bother.

Stuurt spam mails. Ik ken dit bedrijf niet en heb daarom ook nooit ergens mijn e-mail achtergelaten. In deze mail staat ook geen mogelijkheid tot uitschrijven. Dit is niet alleen irritant, maar ook in strijd met de regels rondom e-mailmarketing en privacy.

Great experience. Everything is very clean, staff are friendly and it’s a perfect location. Very good for long stays, lots of digital nomads, travellers, you meet everyone.

I purchased a property from this development company in Bali and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied. The whole process was much smoother than I expected. They were open, clear in their explanations, and always available whenever I had questions.

I really appreciated their transparency and the fact that they never tried to rush anything. The construction quality is very good, and the house looks exactly like it did in the presentations. You can see that they truly care about details and doing things properly.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, super relaxing, and had everything you could want for a getaway. The team were so friendly and helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend them to anyone heading to Bali!

I Love this company, I've joinned a lot of their events in Bali. Kids charity for Christmas in 2024 / 25, Beach cleanup un Dreamland beach, Ricefield cleanup with the whole village of Cepaka, also a Village Medical checkup with Cepaka village again. They are building a Plastic learning and recycling center which i'm eager to help out with once it's done because I believe it can make a big impact on keeping the beauty of Bali .

I think their projects are solid and their team is truely dedicated to being involved with local culture and people, I've seen it myself .

Honestly i'de highly recommend anyone working with them. <3

The team taking care of the resort was very kind and professional. The rooms was super clean and well designed, with clear attention pay to the details.

SPAM emailers with no UK contact details or unsubscribe function.

Sending unwanted spam emails without "unsubscribe" button, and if you ask them kindly to remove you from their mailing list they keep sending. (on another topic: looking at all the positive reviews on Google and TP they are almost certainly fake)

These 5 star reviews are scam.Met Mr Rasmus where he claimed previous success , yet research shows, he has never done these developments before, but rather bought startups for tax/ bookkeeping services, where many of the team members were fake profiles. He claims to be founder of a bookkeeping company, yet he bought it from the founder to run it. He does not have a academic background, or real estate to know what profit return Coco development can provide. We are on to him..

Got interested via a Facebook ad and signed up to the mailing list. It was not as interesting. Therefore I tried to unsubscribe. This is impossible. I mailed them to delete me. They replied and then nothing happened. They send emails almost every day. Spam!

The customer service from Rasmus and his team goes above and beyond. Whenever I have queries or need clarifications, the team is prompt, courteous, and always willing to help. It makes the investment journey so much smoother.
