I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past 25 days, but they keep automatically renewing it without my consent. I've attempted to contact their sales and customer support teams multiple times, but they are not responding to my emails.

Unable to cancel my subscription
I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 3 days and have applied for cancellation multiple times but there's no response from the website. They told that their support team will contact me via mail but i have not recieved any email yet.
i think they will contact me after charging my credit card.
the worst part is they dont respond to reviews on trust pilot.

Their Customer Service Doesn't Exist! I have been trying to cancel my trial for over a week now and customer service never responds. With all the attempts I have made if they dare charge my credit card I will be reporting them for fraud!

I’ve been trying for 2 days for help
I’ve been trying for 2 days for help. No response!!! Ridiculous that you can only email for help! Where is a 1-800 number to talk to a person???
Buyer Beware; I recommend not to use this company. They advertise 7 day free trial service. I signed up for the trial on 10/1/22 and I’ve sent a letter to CANCEL on 10/3/22.
Update: I was contacted this evening by Cocofax. They did take care of my problem.
