The pants I ordered in a small were too big, but they only give store credit for returns.

Originally, they shipped the wrong item and I had difficulty contacting them. Someone finally responded, and they corrected the error promptly.

I paid for an order and never received it and got multiple text messages to my personal cell phone about my order saying it was running behind from someone named Tracie Storie? When I replied to it, she responded “I am with family “ . I have yet to see a refund for the order I never got and ordered over a month ago.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

First it took three month to receive the item that was totally off. Then after another three month negotiation - they usually reply in 1-2 weeks!!! - they were to issue 50% refund. And now they claim that they can't do it because of the system error.

It is a fraud. After waiting over 2 months for my order. I received items that i had never ordered. I was shocked! Not even one item matched what i ordered. I sent an email and no response. They stole my money.

This website is fake. They stole my money and changed the website making my order impossible to trace! The spelling errors in the messaging system are proof. This website steals.

Scam since 2 months we are waiting for our order they keep saying they will till now I have not get anything from them. I will report this

I ordered two dresses and received two identical dresses that were nothing like I ordered. I emailed the company and received an email telling me that they would be happy to give me 10% off the price of the dresses I had received.😡First of all I don’t want the dresses I received and second I don’t want two of the same thing!! The dresses are cheap and not worth no $85!!!😡 It’s a scam!! DO NOT order from them!!😡

I have checked the website that you bought the item, it did have some misleading problem. In this case, how about we provide 10% discount for the items, and you can just keep the items. According to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. We will reflect this problem to our manager, he will fix this problem asap, and we won't let it happen again. And we sincerely hope you can understand and agree.

PS & Kindly Reminder: Please do not send the item back until we authorize the return with the returning address in the email. Also, the address on the package is not our returning address, do never send the package to that address, or we will not be responsible for the loss.

Scam website. website took 40 euros for a dress that was never shipped, they've refused to refund us and stopped replying to our emails.

Please do not order from this website, We are now involving European Consumer Centres (ECC) to solve this.
