Unfortunately I haven’t received the item or the tracking ref a week and a half after an email to say it’s been dispatched. No one has been replying to my messages or email so it’s pretty frustrating.

Update: I have received a new package after the original package was lost by the courier unfortunately. The twigs are lovely and as expected and communication was much better after the original review.
