Exceptional service
Coda has always provided exceptional service - they care about their patients. I ran out of meds and had to get urgent prescription and they sorted it out so quickly. Really helpful team who go above and beyond. Highly recommend them for their dedication to their patients.

Constantly not sending prescriptions
Constantly not sending prescriptions, I have been chasing them for my prescription for over 2 weeks and they are now simply ignoring me.
I now have to go back to my gp to re-issue to a competant pharmacy.
AVOID at all costs. I have given them enough chances to fix this before writing the review
- So after weeks of chasing I get a reply to a bad review on TP within hours. Also I said I was considering not using them in the future so they deactivated my account without telling me it seems

Hi Paul, i have looked into this and found out that you requested in your email that you were going back to your previous pharmacy. As a result we were not your nominated pharmacy from that point. Therefore no prescriptions can be sent to us, so any prescriptions sent from your GP would likely be with your new pharmacy or on the NHS spine. If you had ordered through our website or mobile app we would then be able to track your prescriptions. Kind regards. Colin

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Very friendly staff. Their App is really simple to download and use. I just clicked what I needed to order and a few days later it was delivered. Hassle free!!!. I've had occasion to call, they answered the telephone almost immediately, knew who I was and which medication I was talking about. Such an amazing service. If your not with Coda you are really missing out on truly Brilliant service. !

Constantly having to chase a prescription my gp says was issued on one date absolutely frustrated as is my carer. Also not giving brands my gp has prescribed of one of my drugs. Seriously now thinking of going elsewhere. Phoned nearly every day chasing

Hi Kathlynne, Sorry to hear about your experience, i have looked over this with the pharmacy, and can explain the reason for the delay with your prescription was due to your prescription being stuck on the NHS spine, usually this happens because there is no nominated pharmacy registered under your name. We have re-registered you and usually we aim to deliver on the same day or next working day your prescription arrives. With regards to brands your GP will need to specify on the prescription, what the pharmacy have done now is updated your personal profile with the brand.
