I have been buying jewellery from Tony for the 40 + years he has been in business. His jewellery has always been of the highest standard. His watches are from good watch makers, and his after sales service is fist class. In this day and age, it is such a pleasure to still have that personal customer service. So thank you Tony for the service you have given to myself and all my family over the years. I must also mention the staff in the Pandora side if the business in Scunthorpe. I have visited this section of the shop with my daughters and granddaughters, again very professional and knowledgeable staff.

I’m not much of a review person however i feel like i have to with the experience ive had. I brought a ring for my partner but was indecisive on what i was looking for. With help from the lovely staff i choose a beautiful ring which luckily went down a treat. Would definitely shop here again !

Do not go anywhere near this place! I brought my ring in on April 2nd for what I was told would be a simple, few-day gem replacement. Fast forward a whole month to May 1st, and it was finally "ready." The entire process was a nightmare of lies and incompetence. They took my money upfront and claimed they'd order the gem, but it was obvious they never did. I was constantly promised updates and calls that never came, forcing me to chase them down every time. Each visit ended with more empty promises of it being "ready soon." And the worst part? They fitted the wrong gem and the setting was atrocious. My girlfriend was horrified when she saw the result – a completely wrong gem and a horrific fixing job. This place is a joke. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment and never, ever purchase anything from here. Seriously, run the other way!

The owner of this shop is incredibly rude and its known .i went to ask for a pair of sunglasses and was told they sell them by the staff but you have to prove somehow your rich before they will entertain you infact they wont even let you see them if your not wearing the right clothes .excellent .i was telling my work partner about my rude experience and he basically laughed at me like this was the norm and i should have known better ,and also by the next shop who were prepared to sell to peasants they had also heard similar storys

I would highly recommend this company I bought two watches from them one was out of stock and they had to order another model from the manufacturer I phoned them and they couldn’t be more helpful and very nice to speak to, I received both watches in fast time with Royal Mail next day delivery so I’m very happy and I will continue to deal with them
