I placed an order was called up personally to state order would be a few days late. Didn't receive for 2 weeks despite the company stating order had been delivered. Then had to escalate with PayPal. Requesting refund. Order Then sent 2.5 weeks late when I had already sourced from a new supplier.
Did not reply to emails and had a shocking experience. Now chasing a refund for my order which I have not yet had a response. Happy to remove this review once I hear back and refund has been received

Wrong items received and no reply from customer service...
Order arrived next day but with the wrong items... I sent a few emails for a return/refund but no reply from the customer service...
Update: After almost a month, still no reply... Avoid, scam company!!!

Got given the wrong product
I ordered the brand Mosa, but you sent me a different brand. This is annoying as I only ordered from you to get the specific brand. Mosa is a premium brand so I feel I have paid the same for a lesser product.
I did email you about it but haven’t had a reply, so would like a response to this

Excellent customer service
Ordered 96x charges for a cream pie Clown party, accidentally got sent a large single bottle which I didn't have the equipment to use with my dispenser.
I sent an email explaining this to the customer support, they asked for a photo of the wrong item and as soon as I sent it they apologised and dispatched the correct items free of charge next day delivery.
Will only be using this service for cream supplies from now on!
