Impeccable Service
Service was impeccable. I was on a short deadline and communicated with a helpful representative via chat (a real person!) who said they would look out for my order and ensure it was shipped on time by express. It was delivered the next day! I couldn't be more impressed.

I had a great experience with coffeecups.co.uk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. After I accidentally ordered the wrong size Flat White cup, they kindly sent me an alternative with no extra shipping charge. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Great product fairly priced, Great customer service
The coffee cups and saucers I ordered were exactly what I'd hoped. Good quality and reasonable priced. One cup was broken, and anyway a rogue from a different set. However, this was remedied the next day with no fuss. I will definitely use the company again.
