Good availability of parts and quick delivery, but really poor customer service if anything goes wrong. I was sent a faulty espresso pump, was not offered free return costs and the company ignored my request for a refund of the postage, despite my requesting it and providing a receipt. It also took numerous emails and reminders over something that should have been automatic and immediate.

I am REALLY impressed.
I needed a new part for my Sage Oracle Touch. the Solenoid as it happens.
Do you remember those shops where you used to be able to go in and say I need one of these left handed reverse flanged widgets? and the person KNEW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEEDED.
that's these guys, they knew exactly what I needed, had the part, shipped it and then, when I had a question, I called and they knew the answer straight away. Really really great service

Parts they sell are not working correctly. There are up to 15 degrees difference in temperature measured by sensor. I checked with thermometer and also milk temp. jug which confirms sensors are not working properly

Needed a replacement Complete Solenoid Valve group for my faulty 9-year old Sage Barista Express coffee machine. Initially feared site was a scam as price for item required was curiously wayyyy cheaper than others. Went ahead with order anyway. Item received in a neat package surprisingly in no time! I’m very impressed! New solenoid valve worked perfectly breathing a new life to my long-serving coffee machine! Top-notch! Thank you!

Needed replacement solenoid valves for my Sage Barista Express. Called the shop and discussed as the part numbers on one of my valves was slightly different to the one shown on the WEB. Was advised that it’s correct and will work ok so I ordered on a Monday pm. The parts arrived the following morning. Valves and new seals fitted and all now working. Excellent customer service and extremely quick delivery.

Absolutely top notch service. Ordered a difficult to find coffee filter at a great price. It was delivered by courier 2 days later with email notification of shipment. The item is genuine and in perfect condition. Very happy customer.

I ordered an item for my coffee machine - website probably needs a bit of an update as can be a teeny bit flaky and it appears they have two facets to the business, which can cause account login issues! That aside, the item I ordered was spot on, arrived quicker than predicted and was a great price. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

I was a little suspicious about this company at first due to the lack of reviews or information. I placed an order for several items and was quickly contacted to let me know they'd run out of stock of one of the items, but would ship it out to me in around 1 month if I was happy with that. I agreed and the larger part of my order arrived quickly. Around a month later the final item arrived. All as expected, happy with my purchase.

I'd definitely use them again, quick delivery, good communication.

Not sure why this company has no reviews but my experience was excellent so thought I should leave one.

Good prices, prompt delivery given the time of year (ordered 29/12, delivered 06/01), items came in perfect condition and well packaged, and when I emailed with a question, I received a response an hour later.

Will certainly keep in mind for future purchases.
