Cofresh Avis 3

I see that for some reason there is only 2 reviews here for this co. which is odd as Co fresh are large company, so perhaps i am in the wrong part of their company under Cofresh?
But the reason why I am here is because i wrote to them via their feedback form 3 days ago and they have not acknowledged or provided a reply.
Lets see what happens whether they read this and I get a response, i am disappointed with their products as quality has dropped over the last 2/3 years and price has shot up 65% in the last 2 weeks for no reason, this is what i filled the contact form for on their website but they cannot be bothered to even acknowledge the complaint, not good is it?

Shady company. Their contact details of their Cofresh Bombay Mix packages are fake or/and they don’t care to reply to problems with their products. Found two different pieces of plastic of two different colours inside one of their bags. What did Sainsbury’s did when I contact them about? Refund me for the amount of bags I bought them after a lengthy explanation. I don’t think laws are good o this regards if companies can do this. For example. If I did give back those potentially dangerous and hazard product bags Cofresh Bombay Mix to Sainsbury’s when they refunded me. Will they have sell them again to someone else? There doesn’t seem to be any real law or organisation regulation this I England, and they exist, is like if they don’t because where can people find them when they need them? Pathetic. This is another thing that England has to learn from. But are they gonna do so or is another example of law protecting culprits and not victims?

Crummy company
Do a range of Asian snacks like Bombay and Balti mixes.
I complained to them about the excessive amount of inedible seasoning powder added to Balti Mix. Like the dust in cornflakes but you can't eat this stuff so it's just a way of bulking up the weight.
They offered to refund the £2 spent on two packets from Tesco. Not exactly a fortune.
That was weeks ago.
They never paid and simply went quiet.
I had previously complained when I found a stone in one of the packets.
I sent the stone to them and now they deny it ever happened or they have no record.
So, this is a company so mean that £2 is a fortune to them, they make promises they don't keep and there's a good chance that their quality control is so poor that teeth breaking stones are part of the mix.
So, if you like a lot of powder with your mix or don't mind a trip to the dentist, you'll love Cofresh.
Otherwise avoid their products.
