The process was so easy

Excellent Customer Service
First off, I was very nervous about going with an online company to sell my mother‘s gold coin jewelry. I looked Coinfully up on trustpilot and Google reviews and decided to go through with the process after reading positive reviews. I submitted pictures of the jewelry and their weights through email, received a quote within 24 hours and a follow up phone call. I ended up having to call them a couple times for different things and they were always very responsive, professional and helpful. I sent the jewelry UPS overnight and by noon the next day, I had the money in the bank. I feel the quote that they gave me was fair. I ended up paying about 13% in fees from the total value and considering I never wanted to sell coins because I know zero about them, this was a fair exchange for me. They even reimbursed me for the overnight shipping, which I did not expect. Five stars, excellent experience.

Smoooooth Operatorss
Really appreciate the smooth, transparent and fair process of dealing with these guys.
They were upfront about how they priced out my lot and why their offer was what it was. Zero pressure to sell and willing to talk about individual pieces.
It was smoother and more pleasant than the local shops I've tried dealing with.
From submitting an appraisal inquiry to seeing money in my bank account was less than 48 hours.
