We’d like to clarify that both one-time purchase and subscription options are clearly presented at checkout, and the selected option is shown before completing the order as well as in the confirmation email. If a subscription is selected, it includes automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Reminder emails are also sent before renewal with a self-cancellation link.
Regarding returns, our policy and eligibility criteria are outlined during purchase and applied consistently. While we understand this may not align with your expectations, it is not intended to be misleading.
