I now have 5 of these bottles. I have thrown out every other bottle I had. I joke but I swear that they put salt in them as I never have drank as much as I drink now and I hate drinking water. So super cold… all day and night. They have super cool designs and the best customer service on the planet. I love the handle and they fit perfect in the car cup holder. These folks are outrageous! Love them! I’m addicted and I just know I’m going to own one for every day of the week. Probably more. Buy one and you’ll see why. My stepson had the other brand and swore by it and now he gave that one away and he too wants a collection of these. It’s crazy I know but do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of these you’ll be happy that you did. Oh and btw good luck picking out a design. It’s hard let me tell you. I want them all but since they come out with a new design every week that’ll never happen. Happy hydrating!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have purchased many bottles from coldest but will NEVER again purchase any more . One order I NEVER received and one order 2 of the 4 items i received were missing . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! Stay away from this company! I’m now out almost $200 for items I never received! There is purposely NO PHONE NUMBER for this company probably because the phone would ring non stop for issues / problems. Again STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Overpriced

To start off I bought a cup at Christmas time. I bought the purple nova coldest cup with a personal engraving on it. It arrived quickly and was beautiful. 3 days later I noticed chipping in the cup. I messaged and they offered 20% refund on the cup cost (not the add on of the etching even though it was all the same purchase). But some type of refund at all was nice and they had prompt response time. Since then it's been 2 months and it's chipped and scratched in multiple spots. I have no dropped it, this is just wear and tear from lifting out of a car cup holder.
As for it staying cold, I don't believe it stays as cold as it's competitors, or even my Sam's club tumbler that was half the cost. If I pour a drink and leave it overnight the ice will be melted by morning without fail. The contents will still be cold but definitely not ice. Overall, I believe it is overpriced and the design will not last to this Christmas.

These bottles are not high quality at…

These bottles are not high quality at all. They get scratched so easily and the part where the lid clicks broke. It’s extremely hard to get a good clean inside the lid and after sometime it starts to form mold. I wanted a water bottle that would last me a while but this one didn’t even last me a year without it getting all scratched up and just feeling gross to use. The colors and design are cute, but the quality is not there. Definitely do not recommend.

Extremely frustrating warranty…

Extremely frustrating warranty experience. Customer service responses are slow and often come around 2 a.m. West Coast time, making resolution drag on for weeks.
Getting a simple replacement lid turned into a mess because Coldest runs so many exclusive drops that the original matching colors are no longer available. You’re expected to accept mismatched parts for a $100 bottle.
This bottle was purchased for my autistic son, who needs consistency. The mismatched replacement bothered him so much that he no longer wants to use it, even though he plays sports and used to take it everywhere.
Premium price, but disappointing warranty support and resolution

Quality unsurpassed!

I recently ordered a 15 oz. tumbler. I use it for coffee only. It keeps my coffee hot all day! It came with 3 different lids for different drink uses. I am very impressed with this brand!

Don’t buy these cups!

I bought a coldest water bottle and a coffee travel mug in 2025. They stand up to their rating of staying cold and staying warm as long as they claim. However, they build mold very quickly and the top of the coffee mug is impossible to clean. I sent them a message today telling them that it has mold in the top that I cannot get out with a picture and also a picture of the coffee top. Their response was to clean it better and more frequently with use. I clean it regularly, and with every use, I even sent them pictures. They gave me no option for a replacement top or a cup for the water I will not buy from this brand again, and I will make sure that I tell people not to buy these cups.

they do not honor their warranty. i purchased a water bottle in 2022, and the rubber coating on the lid failed within a year. there is now a massive amount of mold growing under that rubber lining and obviously unusable.

i have tried to get help about replacing the lid off and on for about 2 years. they kept telling me that i had to wait until they had the replacement lids back in stock. it never did and i lost my patience.

i just found the unusable bottle while cleaning this week so i thought i would try again. at least i got a useful response, but they will not honor the warranty for a defect and i have a 1/2 gallon that cannot be used at all.

I ordered 2 coffee mugs

I ordered 2 coffee mugs. Waited forever and when contacted, the only response I would receive was a form letter. There is no way to get ahold of anyone. The sent a picture of proof of delivery which clearly shows a box from coldest is not there. Finally, someone answered my many emails, and informed me I should contact UPS and once I had proof the package was not there, I could get help.
Worst company!

The worst quality - and RUST

The worst quality stainless food bowls we have tried. All hype as far as keeping cold - not true to marketing. Dog bowls formed rust within a couple months. RUST. In food bowls. These were used only for spring water, indoors, clean and on rotation. Customer service told us they would replace the rusty bowls but then decided they would not. They do not stand by their products. There are several reviewers with the same complaints.

Coldest doesn't stand up to its name

Nice design the color of my mug, but it doesn't keep my water cold for more than maybe 9 hours. Very disappointed. I really had hopes for this cup, more expensive doesn't mean better. Tried yeti and that was the same doesn't stay cold. And Stanley was good but the mold that grew on the top was just a turn off.

They Don't Stand Behind Their Products

I received a Premium Water Bottle for a birthday present and couldn't get the lid off. I even offered to bring it by their office. They wouldn't exchange it without a receipt. Absolutely the worst customer service ever but a good way to make enemies. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Customer Service

Received our product & had a question about usage. Called customer service Six times! Each time a person with a very heavy accent answered the phone. When we tried to ask our question they hung up on us every time! We kept calling back in hopes of getting someone that would not hang up on us. We thought this was an American company & wanted to support it! 🇺🇸

Do not buy this product..

Do not buy this product... it is false advertising. The website says right on the product page "Dishwasher safe" and when it arrives it says handwash only. They also took FOREVER to finally ship after multiple promises that it was in transit. I reached out to customer service and it was a bot who responded. After requesting a supervisor, they have now ignored me. In addition, I started leaving this information on social media and they have blocked me on there to prevent the truth from being told. That's about as deceptive as it gets... only allowing positive reviews and blocking the others. This company is a farce full of false advertising and not responding to their customers. Save your money and buy from a reputable company!

Best thermal mug out there.

I don’t get the negative reviews here. I have two of their mugs now, they are amazing. I tested the first one. Water and ice. I let it sit to see how long it would take for the ice to melt. 41 hours it was melted but the water was still cold. Honestly I’m good if it stays cool for 2 hours but it works well. It is sturdy, nice styling, came with three lid options and a straw with a silicon cap. No bugs, zero spills. Both mugs were delivered a month apart and arrived 2 days after ordering. I’ll keep buying them. Better than the big three out there who are way overpriced for what you get. Try one. You can always return it. And yes, customer service is quick to connect with. I tried that too just to see.

My husband bought me one for Christmas…

My husband bought me one for Christmas and had it engraved for me, worst tumbler ever ice melts Within 2 hours and my water is Luke warm not cold also because it's engraved the warrantee is voided what a rip off!!

Not better than my off brand from Hobby Lobby or Yeti

I bought one thinking OK it should be better than Yeti. Price is high but hey if it keeps my drinks cold I’ll buy it. Well, it’s NOT any better than Yeti and what makes it worse is that they say 100% guarantee but of course you pay to ship it back and that’s NOT a problem BUT then they charge you an extra 5.00 for “handling or restocking” whatever they call it. So on the 65.00 you get back less than 40! That’s an expensive “trial”

Worst company to deal with

I have been back and forth with emails with no resolution from October 9 2024 to the present. Also no return label and the second part of the order was never shipped out nor refunded

No number to reach anyone and support says they dont have a phone number
