Amazing customer service. Owner will literally go out of his way to help. Late last year I was really struggling to get hold of MarvelLegend Rogue at a normal retail price and posted this on an action figure Facebook page. The owner seen this and messaged me and within a week I had the item.
Never ever had an issues with this company and communication has always been top notch.

I always use collectors den for pre-orders and general sale of Star Wars figures for my other half. Never had an issue whatsoever. All the information is clear, with fast delivery and regular communication and transparency through Facebook updates. Always a pleasure to order.

I ordered a figure for my son, had to wait as it had been delayed (what hasn’t had delays post Brexit and covid!!) but was kept up to speed on their Facebook page, have used them twice since, just brilliant!!

Fantastic online shop. I've been using the collectors den for well over 2 years and have never had a single problem with the company. All my orders have come well packed with no damages to the internal goods.
This is now the only online shop that both myself & my wife use for our figures ect

An amazing company! Friendly whenever I've contacted them over email, competitive prices and everything I've ordered have come in perfect condition. What I absolutely love though is the fact they offer a pay monthly option which is spread over several months and this is a life saver for me because I otherwise wouldn't be able to get collectibles I want since nearly every other similar site either doesn't offer this option or it's got to be paid within 3 months, even if the item isn't released over a year later. For example CD let's you pay monthly up to the estimated release date so payments are spread thin and its at lot easier to manage. I can't thank them enough! It's super easy to pay as well!

Have been using collectors den for all my online orders. Shop has great preorder lines as well as great selection in the store. Packaging is perfect with lots of protection for your item. Helps that the people who run the place collect too so they know the importance of pristine items. First place I place orders with for everything that I want. Great communication and customer service.

its been great buying action figures from them. last week i orderd few gi joe action figures in which by mistake bought 2 destro . I mailed them regarding this and requested them to replace one with zartan.they quickly did as i said . They have fair priced action figures too .

At 1st was Great service and nice competitive prices.
Collectors den swiftly became the new dark side toys. They kept taking pre orders and people's money. They would then not send goods, but sell at shows.
Buyer beware. And if u have an outstanding order sorry to say I think that money is long gone

Pretty poor ordering experience with slow to non existent email response. Finally refunded payment less 10% for an item that was advertised as in stock in April but actually preorder for August. Customer service awful and cannot take any type of criticism. Had block his emails.
Other may have a better experience.

This order was made as it states in stock within a few hours and it turns out it was a preorder. End of August I asked for an update which was ignored. I later asked for a refund which I finally got but no response to my emails. I asked why 10% of my refund was withheld and was told terms and conditions which was fair and acceptable.

After posting this review, the owner sent me the following email -
Did you not even bother to read that it was a pre order?! The quantity was added back to the listing as more were available to PRE ORDER! this is the same with all retailers. Nobody has had these back in yet.

I have just seen your review on Google my business, as a result of you not reading the item listing or cancellation policy you have given us an inaccurate review, and we will be blocking your account as no linger wish to do business with you

The owner has reported my reviews as inaccurate but I have all emails to support.

Fantastic company...always get my items on time and well packed even though i tend to chuch the plastic prisons! Awesome ,well recommended
