Quality issues

have seen a downfall in QUALITY whether it be the in person event getting product or even just having people go. The termination of staff members as the store would call it because they are “ Stealing or giving away product” the people closest to them who go to the shops stop showing up then you have certain staff members who are constantly blundering With just quality control mistakes. The shop is trying to bribe good reviews with product which is literally looking like a hypocrisy you fired certain staff members because they were giving away product now you are doing the same thing. I have been a loyal customer for so long that I hate that I would have to look for a different local card shop. Now any and all reviews are going to be looking like “We, the consumers are coming up with a conspiracy theory against them”. I went there the other day and literally saw one of the staff member behind a register where everyone can see him. The store also is enforcing that you use your store credit or lose it within 90 days of issue which is illegal to my knowledge. I do wish the store was doing better but Kevin sure does know how to run a business TO THE GROUND

I purchased a placemat set as a gift…

I purchased a placemat set as a gift for my son. Upon opening the gift, I discovered stains on the placemats. After a series of communications, a return was approved; however, I was then informed that I am responsible for return shipping costs, which I find unreasonable considering the damage was not caused by me and I expect to receive an undamaged product.

I guess I should have read reviews…

I guess I should have read reviews about this company before purchasing a birthday gift for my son from them. They shipped a metal Pokémon tin in nothing more than bubble mailers. The tin arrived damaged and when I reached out to the company for an undamaged product the best they could offer was a 10% refund. A 10% refund doesn’t fix the product or the fact that I’m now short a gift for my kid’s birthday because I’m not a person who gifts broken items. Shame on this company for not being better in their shipping and customer service practices.

Company is knowingly breaking the law

Company is knowingly breaking the law, selling fake products to customers while making no attempt to inform them of this fact, and denying any refund when it is brought to their attention.

I absolutely love this store

I absolutely love this store! I’m a casual Magic and Lorcana gamer and they made me feel welcomed. The staff are amazing and make sure everything runs smoothly for the customers.

From Customer to Employee

I started working for this amazing company this past month. I started as a customer, I truly loved the atmosphere and the people there. My friends and I started playing Lorcana there on Monday nights. I truly love the community and tight knit family it has soon grown to be for me. If you are a nerd and love all things from anime and card games then this is your ticket to give Collectors a try. $10 bucks entry fee to play for tournaments and use their table area. They have amazing staff that is willing to teach different games as well.

They are simply fraudsters. they offer products that do not ship. False tracking numbers are created (according to the shipping service provider, “letters” are paid for, which would have to be a package weighing 2-5kg) in order to cover everything up. When asked, excuses are presented. If you don't remain fully attentive, they keep the goods and money.
Never, never again. Behavior like that just destroys everything.

Learning my lesson to look for and read…

Learning my lesson to look for and read all reviews online before spending money. This company creates shipping labels to decorate their walls with it seems, because they took my money, printed a label, but have yet to ship my order. I will have to file a charge back on my card because reviews say they hate returning money too.
