As an avid collector of limited edition figures and memorabilia, I was thrilled to discover a site that specialized in rare and exclusive items. The selection seemed impressive, and I was quick to place an order for a piece I'd been searching for. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receiving my order.
The item, which was advertised as "new" and in "mint condition," arrived with noticeable scratches and a significant dent on the packaging, which is a critical aspect for collectors. This damage severely impacted the item's value and my satisfaction.
When I reached out to address the issue, hoping for an exchange or refund, the customer service response was underwhelming. It took multiple attempts to even get a response, and when I finally did, the process they outlined for returns was complicated and seemed designed to discourage action on my part.
This experience has left me wary of purchasing from this site again. The lack of care in handling collectibles and the poor customer service response has tarnished what should have been an exciting addition to my collection.

I think you have the wrong company. We have no idea who you are Aubrey, you never bought anything from us, never came in the store, we dont even sell to your region of the world. Nothing in our database has anything with your information.
