Surprisingly fast and professionally handled export
I was very surprised. I ordered sewing machine parts to Sweden, they were needed urgently. They were packaged and sent the day after I order. The shipping was smooth and extremely fast. I had to get in touch with customer service to add a detail to the shipping label and it was done smooth and fast, they responded within a few hours (email). The total shipping time was 3 working days until I received the package
The parts were all packaged in ziplock bags and labeled.
All in all, it was a great experience, the customs and toll was handled well and professionally too (meaning the packaged was labeled correctly and DHL express got all the right info from the supplier to make it a smooth transfer). I will be ordering from there again. Thanks!

Always willing to go the extra mile to help. We needed a part for a Mitsubishi machine that is not listed as a separate item. CSM managed to fine ana suitable equivalent and we are back up and running at £7.00 rather than £120.00.
