Not pleased!!
I found this company online and decided to get the bond I needed through them after researching several others. I was initially pleased with the results but it took to long to get the bond I needed. After several calls, I finally received the bond (9 days). I was really frustrated that it took so long for something I needed in a hurry. If I have any advice to give… do more research!! Customer service were really nice though!!

The application process is very tedious and repetitive. I had to input or verify the same information over and over, and finally hit a snag so that I had to call the representative to get it resolved. Very time-consuming.

So far, so good! I’ve been chasing a local insurance agency around to get a probate bond done, and I was fully approved for the bond through Colonial in less than an hour with a rate nearly $500 cheaper than the tentative quote I got from the local agency. Communication from Jennifer at Colonial has been quick and straightforward. Advice I read online indicated working with a local insurance agency would likely be a cheaper and better experience, but Colonial put that advice to shame almost immediately. Hopefully the remainder of this bond process continues to go this well.
