Had to chase company for order update after didn't receive anything for over two weeks. When order arrived, two items were missing due to being out of stock and a note said refund would be issued. Three weeks later I am still awaiting my refund, and company have ignored my email for update. Two pairs of earrings have already started to tarnish. Avoid this company and their promoted ads

Absolutely terrible, I placed an order and waited a few weeks for delivery. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received my earrings. I contacted them and was told the earrings were out of stock. I was only informed because I contacted them.lucky I found even better quality earrings from another company who is trust worthy.

I saw colourstomp advertising their jewellery and thought it looked lovely and very reasonable , was it too good to be true??? I can tell you it is not, I was absolutely delighted with the quality and look of all 4 pairs of earrings I ordered and also having sensitive skin was worried I would have a reaction, I have worn 2 pairs of hoops continually for over a month and they are the most comfortable earrings I have ever worn!! Please everyone you can order with confidence . Thank you COLOURSTOMP I will be ordering again !!!

I found these through a social media post, made a purchase and then waited a few days and started to panic that I had made a mistake. I checked TrustPilot and no reviews at that point so panicked! I contacted colour stomp and was keen for an update after not very long at all 🙈
Then I took a deep breath and read the website and noted that deliveries can take up to 2 weeks so I calmed myself down!

I was wrong! My order arrived in less than 2 weeks - I received correspondence about a refund for one item and my ‘shop’ app updated with the postage details from Royal Mail.
My order arrived and it was PERFECT 😍 🤩.
The packaging is sooo cute with the heart bubble wrap and the individual packaging for each piece of jewellery.
Whilst one of my items had gone out of stock (hence the refund) the rest arrived and are really lovely items and really good quality considering how cost effective they are.
I made use of the contact details as I say in my panic and I received a lovely reply - excellent customer and I’m so pleased I’ve made another order! With the item that went out of stock back in I could not resist and thought why not I’ll buy a few extras too 🤣😘

I suggest you treat yourself ! Colour stomp is worth it and so are you! 💁‍♀️💕
