Returned a hat because of the quality of construction. Hat felt like it barely covered my head. So it was exchanged for a different hat. 2nd hat fit a little better but still felt like it needed more material to it and both hats had no structure to them. I've purchased a handful of hats and they all are made the same way. I won't be purchasing anymore hats. I'd be better off buying the patch and getting a hat from somewhere else and just have patch sewn on

From ordering to file a return was a complete nightmare. When I ordered the website got the sizes wrong even tho I selected the size I needed. Emailed multiple times with no response. Filed for return still no response. Had to file a claim through my bank to get it resolved. Will never order from this company again

Placed my order the shirts are expensive, a week goes by and still no shirts I get an email stating that it was undeliverable. Come to find out the shipping address was changed somehow but on the confirmation email both addresses were correct shipping and billing. I have reached out several times. I have gotten emails back, but they were no help. I believe that it’s an AI speaking to me. They said customer service would reach out. I still have not received. Any feedback from any customer service remedying the situation. At this point, I just want a refund because I have yet to hear from anyone and I still have no shirts

I have been looking at this clothing brand for a long time and finally pulled the trigger to try it out during the labor day sale. The quality is better than expected and shipping was way faster than promised. I will definitely be buying more from this company in the future.

The cap is good quality, I love the design but unfortunately the cap is not designed for real men, it may fit a mere children size mortal male, but not those of us with warrior size melons. Make Bigger hats!!! It’s easy for the small craniums to tighten up but hard for us larger skullz to stretch a cap. Over all I do recommend Combat Iron Appareal and there products, I have a big head and was disappointed it didn’t fit I will be back for some of the T’s and hoodies for sure.

I got a small bag for a trip I was going on and was worried it would not be delivered in time I sent an email and way quicker then I expected got a reply right back saying don’t worry it’s being processed and that I will get my tracking number soon and just like I was told boom got them it was delivered two days before my trip I was hyped trip got cancelled but I now have this dope bag for what ever I plan next I’m definitely going to be placing more orders soon thanks to everyone involved that put hands on my order 💪🏽
