Camo shorts drawstring grommets ripped the first time I tried them on. They use A.I. for customer service and it kept telling me to file a fraudulent damaged in shipping claim. Finally it told me to upload a screenshot of the options and it would be reviewed by a human. A week later and nothing. Also they say their shorts are "made BY veterans" on the tag but they are made in china.

Great active wear totally appreciated for the prompt delivery and great customer service! Love colors and patterns, designs on the apparel! Thank you Combat Iron Apparel!😎👍🤩

Easy ordering process, they shipped very quickly, and the hats I ordered are top notch! Highly recommend Combat Iron and I will be ordering from them again!

Love these shirts

Terrible customer service and the T-shirts are super thin

A little disappointed with the material of the caps. I thought they were like trucker caps that have stiff netting and frontal display. These were flimsy and without the cardboard on the frontal portion it wrinkles down.

Disappointing product and even more disappointing exchange experience.

I bought these specifically because I needed supportive underwear, but the fit did not work for me at all. The legs are longer than I expected, and when I pulled them down to eliminate the bunching, there was roughly a 1-inch gap between the bottom of the underwear and where my legs actually meet. That left the bottom area hanging too low and providing very little support unless I physically pulled it upward.

The most frustrating part, however, was the exchange process. I paid the $2.50 fee for the “free returns/exchanges” option, then tried to exchange the underwear because the fit was wrong. The exchange was denied. So I paid extra for a service I ultimately could not use.

I understand that underwear has return restrictions, but if an exchange is going to be denied, charging customers a fee specifically for the ability to make an exchange is extremely frustrating.

For me, the product didn’t provide the support advertised, the fit was poor, and the exchange experience made the purchase even worse. I would not buy these again and likely will not be looking here for further items.

Quality and consistency

Love the hat and key chains. Quality is great, shipping was quick. Will be a repeat purchaser.

I had a great experience ordering from Combat Iron Apparel! The entire process was easy, my order arrived as expected, and I was really impressed with the quality of everything I received. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their products and their brand. I’ll definitely be ordering from Combat Iron again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality apparel and gear. Great company and a great experience all around!

I’ve know the product for a long while now, however this year I went all in and jumped on the train. Love the product, the fit and quality. Thank you.🤙🏽💪🏽

Ordering was easy and quick, I got my shirts in and realized that I ordered the wrong size, CMBT made it easy to exchange for the correct one, great quality and and fit well. And it was free to exchange!!

My bag is stuck in transit, no help from shop or updates to my order

Love this company so much. They have amazing gear, it’s top notch quality as well. The fabric is soft and feels nice on your skin. Their bags are incredibly well built. I also love that they have a membership available with really great rewards. So happy I found them. Delivery is quick, orders are shipped usually within three days. They also will personally reach out if there is an issue with anything.

Ever since discovering this brand I’ve been what my wife would call obsessed! I started looking for a more comfortable way to carry my heater. I saw the fanny packs and had to try them out. I own 9 now and still have more to buy! Great quality and killer designs. I’ve also bought some shirts and they fit better than any other tee I’ve had. Great quality, amazing design and I know my money is going to a small company with owners that have given a part of their life to give me the freedom I enjoy every day. Thank you to all Veterans for your service to our blessed Nation!
