Rude responses from customer service
Purchased tickets one month before the show, but thought it was for this month. Friendly explained my confusion of dates and requested a refund. They rudely told me they don’t issue refunds and I should just give the tickets to someone else. I am visiting Berlin and won’t be able to give them to anyone else. The email had no ‘hello’ or signature to it… totally not personal, but rather impolite.
