I did not receive my whole order. Contacted both the business plus and PayPal. Still waiting for the rest of the order. Did receive the comforter but not the sheets. Comforter is very nice quality.

The material of the pillowcases is the roughest I've ever experienced. My old pillow cases were soft, and these are absolutely not soft at all.

The sheets are very dark, almost black. They are very hard to the feel even after I washed them. The mattress cover has no padding at all. I thought it would. It's basically a mattress protector from getting wet. I'm disappointed.

I ordered the v berth mattress cover, the quality is very good and it fits great! I will order some more bedding items.

I ordered a king size and they fit like a queen. Tried to return but they were going to charge me $40-$50 return charge…which is crazy! PayPal was able to get me my money back! If you contact them it’s all pre written scripts.

The sheets are nice and soft, however thy didn’t fit the waterbed all the way.

One of their drivers just ran me off the road. Yellow New York plate 88983 driving like a complete lunatic on the GW going toward New York, cutting off several people and forcing me into the barrier- for NO REASON! I was 3 feet from the truck in front of me! I’m absolutely disgusted and furious that they would employ these people! I will CERTAINLY never purchase from these people and I’ll never ever respect a company that employs people that almost kill me on the road! This ABSOLUTELY respects the company. Disgusting. And this is not the only complaint they’ve had about their drivers!!!

The custom made sheets and mattress pad for our v-berth are awesome. They fit perfectly on our new mattress.

The sheets have an almost rough texture and fitted sheet does not fully cover mattress.

Really easy to ship on and very fast shipping.
Product is excellent quality!

Every piece of the set had stains on them, that did not wash out. The fitted sheet was a little small for 10” mattress.

The fitted sheet fits fine, the top sheet is to short side to side

I ordered a set of king rv sheets and a set of regular king sheets. I received 2 sets of rv king sheets tried to contact them and couldn't get a response. Not happy with customer service.

I gave 4 stars instead of five only because the delivery got slightly skewed. I was out of town and asked that the sheets be sent so they would arrive after a certain date. The did wait until my return, but did not send the sheets as they had advised - rather they waited until I actually called them and asked when I could expect to receive them. Perhaps this was just a miscommunication. Other than that the service was excellent.

Meantime the sheets themselves are glorious. I love them!

Soft, great quality and fit our twin beds perfectly. We will definitely order from them again.
