Unfortunately The sheet is too small and I can't get in touch with anyone through email or chat to discuss and exchange. It is past the 14 days but I would think you would want to make right especially since I like the sheets and really just want an exchange so it will fit the bed. I was out of town and not able to try the sheets on the bed until now. They are so tight, I am afraid they will rip if I pull any harder. I haven't even washed yet and expect they might shrink a bit more.

we ordered 70x80 king sheets and wasted our money you sent us short queen dont fit. You said we ordered them but I did not so I guess im stuck with them at 60 dollars apiece

Good fabric but the corner for waterbed is useless and I do not think it's worth that kind of money.

I have tried multiple times to try and exchange these sheets. The worst customer service ever!

Sheets arrived with 10.days. RV short queen. The quality is much better than I am used to getting for the RV online. These are cotton and deep enough pockets to not pull off and they are comfy

Only washed the 1 time so not sure yet how they co ti ually wash up.

Nice sheets. We bought these for our Motorhome.
They seemed super soft, think wed are going to like them.

Company does not state that it’s really in India, and has no US customer support. The phone number listed is just an answering machine. Credit card was charged as an international charge. Spent 3 hours in a chat session to get an order canceled. I always thought I was careful ordering on the internet but this one got me. Nice website, but everything else was very bad.

The bed sheet quality is really nice. Loved it... because even after the first wash the color remains the same. Feels comfortable and looks good.

I have been trying to return a duvet cover and get my refund for months. There is no real return information online, except for an apartment address in New Jersey. When I did sent it back to that address, after a few sassy replies on the chat function which were unneeded, I haven’t received a credit on my visa for 2 months now, despite attempted phone calls (no answer and no answering machine when I called the website phone number) and 20+ exchanges on the chat function. They kept telling me to give them 24 hours and then nothing would happen after 24 hours. One of the chats referenced the pandemic, as if that was a reason for me not to get an electronic refund on my visa, makes no sense. I didn’t even take the duvet out the bag so I am not sure if it good quality or not but I would like my $150 back and I am not sure if it will happen any time soon.

This was supposed to be a Queen and it’s more like a twin! I am so furious that I spent money on these and I can’t use them!

Loved the product when I finally received it. I ordered a bed skirt, and it is beautiful. Nice workmanship, rich color (I bought burgundy), and very soft. I am giving a 3-star rating only because of the communication. No one answers e-mails, could not reach anyone by phone, and the chat feature did not work consistently. I would not have had an issue I don't think if I had given my physical address instead of my PO Box #, as the company does not ship to PO boxes, but when I ordered, I was not informed of that so it was necessary for me to try and communicate with the company. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Terrible Customer Service

I can't review the sheets because they haven't arrived. I contacted customer service who said that they would provide shipping info within 24 hours. 4 days later, I contacted them again asking for shipping info. The assured me the sheets had shipped and would provide me a tracking number within 12 hours. 3 days later, I contacted them again and they still couldn't tell me more than the sheets had shipped. After some back and forth, they gave me a shipping number. When asked what company they shipped it with, they couldn't answer. The finally told me it was "FidEX". According to FedEx, the package with that tracking number was delivered on October 20, 2020. The CS rep kept begging for another chance. It's a game to string me along until after the Paypal protection or my credit card's protection expires.

The fitted sheet fits perfectly and the color is vibrant.

Communication is HORRIBLE. I have not received my order and have absolutely no idea when it will arrive. The tracking number I was given is invalid. There is no number to call. My credit card was charged 13 days ago.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! I ordered a bed skirt and duvet. I realized after placing my order that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size of duvet. I contacted them & they were very responsive. They made the correction and were kind enough to not charge me the difference in price. Would definitely order from them again!

The reason for two stars is because of misleading shipping information and poor customer service. I received an email with a tracking number on March 17. The tracking number was invalid. There was no activity until March 22 after I contacted comfort beddings. I contacted by instant message. My instant message was closed before resolution to my question. I still haven’t received my order.

Pleased with the delivery speed. Ordered super single dark grey stripe. Disappointed that the stripes on the fitted and attached sheet run the width and not the length. The pillow cases are correct. The pockets fit my insert but really need the type with elastic all the way around.

The process from ordering was fine. However, these "luxury sheets" that I ordered are not comfortable. We ordered the 1000 thread count and I was seriously disapointed in the softness. I would return them if I hadn't already washed them.

We bought these for use in our camper but have not used them yet.. I will further rate them after there use.
