I returned my Comfy Covers chair cover…
I returned my Comfy Covers chair cover which did not fit in with our decor within the required time and I returned it in the required original package it was sent in. I only put the cover on the chair and quickly took it off when I realized it did not fit our decor. When I returned it, it was in original condition. It cost me $25 in shipping costs to return it to Canada. They refused to refund the $38 cost I paid indicating that it appeared to be used and that I had not returned it in its original packaging. Most companies are reasonable in accepting returns, Comfy Covers made up a lie to rationalize not refunding my cost. Not only did I loose the $38 cost of the cover but also the $25 postage. This is not a reputable company and I highly recommend others not do business with them. Also, you may ask yourself why they do not have a place on their website for Customer Feedback.
