I had issues with the purchase of a travel cushion. Michael provided outstanding customer service by contacting me as soon as I sent feedback through. He organised a refund and encouraged me to provide details of my concerns so the company could ensure quality checks were improved. Very impressed with this company’s approach to customer care and satisfaction.

I ordered the travel seat protector with cushion. The protector arrived but the cushion did not. I contacted ComfyDawg and Michael, the owner, went so far above and beyond mere customer service! He kept on top of the situation with follow up emails. Not just 1 or 3, polite cursory business emails. But full on, I care about you as a client emails. And he also sent a cushion to replace the one that didn't show up. And on top of that he sent a spare one as well. I cannot recommend Michael and TravelDawg enough!

Loved this product for my dog. Calms her down in the car and to top it off - protects my seat from claw marks and scratches. Definitely a fantastic buy and fast delivery too. My girl is definitly a Comfy Dawg in the car now!!

My Border Collie is so energetic and jumps around everywhere in the car. This is the only blanket which he relaxes on and goes to sleep on long drives. 10/10
