I ordered two foldable mattresses from Comfy Quilt through Tesco Marketplace and have had an extremely disappointing experience. Several weeks have passed, and I still have not received my order.
I attempted to contact the seller by email but received no response whatsoever. The phone number provided for customer contact does not work, making it impossible to speak to anyone regarding my order. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have been completely ignored.
What is most concerning is the total lack of communication and customer support. When customers spend their money, they deserve updates, responses, and a resolution when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Comfy Quilt has failed on all of these fronts.
I am still waiting for either the products I paid for or a full refund. No customer should have to spend weeks chasing a seller for basic information about their order.
The fact that I have been left without both the goods and my money for weeks is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the seller's reliability, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious before purchasing from Comfy Quilt. Poor communication, unresponsive customer service, failure to deliver ordered products, and a complete lack of accountability have made this one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever encountered.
I expected far better from a company selling through a major retailer's marketplace. Unfortunately, Comfy Quilt has shown no regard for its customers once payment has been taken.
UPDATE:
After more than three weeks, I was finally contacted by Comfy Quilts. During this time, I sent several emails, tried calling multiple times, and received no response at all.
What is disappointing is that neither Comfy Quilts nor Tesco Marketplace seemed interested in helping until I posted reviews about my experience. Only then did someone finally contact me and start dealing with the issue.
I have now been informed that a full refund will be issued, but I am still waiting for the money to reach my account.
I appreciate that the matter is finally being resolved, but customers should not have to spend weeks chasing answers, sending emails into the void, and making countless phone calls only to receive the same generic response from Customer Service, or no response at all.
I hope this experience encourages both Tesco Marketplace and Comfy Quilts to improve their communication and support for customers in the future.
