I ordered once, got screwed out of my money, and won't order again. Description of nightgown led me to believe it was all cotton. It was not. Polycot - 60% polyester, 40% cotton. I have an illness that gives me heat sensitivity, and I NEED all cotton so I don't get too hot, which makes my illness worse. When I finally received the nightgown from CHINA after 3 weeks, it was clearly stamped on inside neck of gown as polycot %s. I emailed company asking to return, following their website instructions, and receive a refund. I explained my condition and how their description did not fit what I thought I was getting. But no cigar. They said I had to ship it back to China at my own expense. Wish I'd checked with TrustPilot first!!! I'm now out nearly $40 for a thin, poorly made nightgown that I can't wear. I gave it to a friend who said she would wear it. Lesson learned: Always check Trustpilot before ordering from a company you haven't ordered from before.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $19.95 for expedited shipping to receive the family pajamas before Christmas. They arrived after the holiday, and they billed me $25.00 for the shipping, not $19.95. I contacted the company for a refund on the expedited shipping charge, and they told me they shipped it, and that was all that mattered. They are not responsible for the weeks it sat with the shipping company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

WORST COMPANY! Such a scam! Ordered weeks before Christmas! Didn’t show up until mid January! The pajamas didn’t match the style or pattern shown. The sizing was so crazy off, ordered Medium women’s and they got my 6 year old. Ordered small is women’s for the other pair and they fit like an XXL.
Not only did this company wreck Christmas gift by being late and crappy quality I refuse to gift them…it takes forever to get in touch with someone via email. Back and forth 5 or more times via email and they refuse to refund my money. Such an awful experience! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

We ordered pajamas two weeks before Christmas and it took 50 days to receive them. Once we received them the quality is terrible. The fabric is thin and not soft. I would avoid this vendor.

I couldn’t give a 0 review as they deserve. This is a total SCAM fraud company! DO NOT order from them. I ordered Christmas pajamas and they sent me pajamas that said “Life Gets Btetter” - yes with the misspelled word and all! Alrhough, we all laughed, the pajamas were supposed to say Santa is Coming. It a company in China if that matters to you for trying to send something back. No refund given and no answer from customer service. If you used PayPal as your source of payment- please escalate the order problem in their resolution center. If they get enough complaints, they will not let them use PayPal to get payments anymore!

Terrible. Took forever to get here, and when the product arrived, the custom names weren't on the clothing. Instead they just said "Name."

This store is a SCAM! Still waiting for my purchase made 6 weeks ago. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. I’ve emailed the store NUMEROUS times requesting a refund, no response. I get an email every 2 weeks with an updated tracking number telling me my order shipment is delayed. I want a FULL REFUND NOW!

This is the worst place to buy online. It’s been months since I bought my pajamas and I haven’t seen a reply from my customer service emails. This company should be shut down because they just steal your money and don’t give you your product. I now have to call the credit card company to get a refund and refute my purchase from them.

Is there a zero star option? I ordered $400 in pajamas the first week of November to ensure I would have them for Christmas. Followed up in early December and was assured they had shipped. Didn’t receive in time for Christmas. It’s now the end of January, still haven’t received my order and my many requests for a refund have been met with lazy replies and denials. My order tracker still says China with no update since the beginning of January. Absolutely horrible service - I would not recommend buying from this company (no wonder they go to great lengths to hide the fact that these come from China, not the US or Canada).

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days). Within one day of the order I got an email stating the order was ready to ship. A few days later I received an email stating the order shipped. Tracking number provided no information. The status read ready to ship. After over three weeks I emailed requesting a refund since I never received the order. Two days later the order arrives and I receive an email stating that the order was delivered. I responded and request reimbursement for the expediting shipping costs as it took over a month to receive the order. Over a week later and still no response. I will not be buying from this company again.

I wish i could rate them with a 0. Do not order from this company. Worst customer service. Ordered on 12/15/2024 it is now 1/23/2025 no pajamas!!!! Please please do not spend your time or money!!!!

Wish I could rate it a zero. Terrible fake copy cat of the real thing. Wanted to get a larger size as my son grew out of his nice warm high quality Santa fleece that matched our Christmas family set from Pajamagram who sold out of his size. Instead was misled and received a cheap, thin material pajama that had a faded print. Ugh wasted my money! They use the same photos as other sites brands to trick you but really just counterfeit. Bogus company!

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I ordered PJ's for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. I didn't get them for over a month. I tried cancelling before they were even shipped and didn't get responses from them.

Worst experience ever. The pajamas did not come before Christmas. I requested the order be cancelled before it shipped (which they did not do). I get emails back from them and they never directly answer my questions or honor my request. The pajamas arrived today and I am not opening as I just want to return and get a full refund. This company is horrible and I am not expecting the best. Hope this saves someone else from dealing with this scam of a company.

Would give it a 0, if that was an option. Didn’t realize company was in China until I tried to track the package. It took over a month to deliver, pajamas were extremely poor quality, and return option was a joke—you pay to ship to China (even though return address on the package was in NewYork) and they’ll allegedly issue refund after it’s received.

AVOID THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS!

I recently had the most horrific experience with this company, and I feel compelled to warn others to avoid the same nightmare. I attempted to return Christmas pajamas that arrived AFTER the holiday—clearly useless to me. Their website stated a full refund return policy, but what I encountered was anything but.

After reaching out, I received an email filled with manipulative tactics and excuses, including a claim that their returns department is now in CHINA (despite being headquartered in the US/CA). They conveniently failed to mention this during the purchase process. Their so-called "resolutions" were insulting at best:

A measly 20% refund and the suggestion to "gift" the unwanted items to someone else.
A 50% store credit—essentially locking me into spending more money with this shady company.
When I insisted on a full refund per their stated policy, they completely ghosted me. Not a single reply after that. To make matters worse, they made it clear that if I wanted to return the items, I would have to shoulder exorbitant international shipping costs, as they don’t provide return labels.

This is blatant false advertising and a deliberate attempt to trap customers into keeping items they don’t want or need. Their return process is a sham, their customer service is nonexistent, and their business practices are deceitful.

Do yourself a favor—avoid this company at all costs! They are unethical, untrustworthy, and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

It’s a shame that I can’t give this zero stars. The company took our payment very quickly, including payment for expedited shipping. We still have no merchandise. Canned, delayed customer service messages refuse a cancellation or refund. It is a scam!

Horrible experience! Same as others mentioned. My order came after Christmas and although their website says they will send a return shipping label they want me to pay for shipping back to China. There is an Ontario address on their website. Total scam!

Scam. You will not get your products and there is ZERO customer service, meaning you cannot get a hold of them at all. Sent dozens of emails with NO response.
