Comfy Pyjamas Avis 

Con artists. Ship the wrong item and call it a “variant” due to the item’s popularity. Offered me 10% discount for their mistake. Return shipping address is in China. They will not pay return shipping costs. I ordered family pajamas so it’s 5 sets of cheap looking pjs that in no way resemble what was ordered.

The day I receive my package, to trying on, to the customer service is poor. They said on their website that I should received my package with in 15 days after I received email that its been shipped out. It took more than 15 days. Tried on the items, did not fit at all. Did not fit the description and measurement. When emailing about needing a return, they told me I can't since it pass the return date and didn't even give me the return shipping address to send my products back, but I had just receive the package on 10/24/23. So I went through my credit card to get a refund because of there false detail on the product. 10/30/23 they sent an email asking me to withdraw my case with my credit card and final gave me a return address, but I would have to pay for the shipping label, which is in Shanghai. SMH nope, not withdrawing my case.

SCAM! Company sent wrong item. Tried to return. They said I must send photos to show it was the wrong item, so I did. They then said I could keep it and they would refund 20% of the items cost. I did not want to pay for 80% of the cost of a wrong item. Then they said I must ship it to their return warehouse in China. Shipping to China costs over $40.00 which is more than the item costs. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not make a purchase from this company.

Again, this is a SCAM. CONTACT PHONE # IS DISCONNECTED. Of course . They do not respond to email . You just get a generic response from another named Co.

How you give customer service is how you will receive it. I was hoping this company was not a scam. I was looking forward to my order. However, I placed a order..the money was immediately took, but no email acknowledging my order was placed.. as a reputable company would. I tried calling (non working number). Never place a order with a company you are not familiar with..with no means of contact. How do you call yourself a company with no means of customer contact?? (You cannot). Shady. Shame on you Comfy Pajama. Karma is very real

RUN don’t walk away. This company gets than one star in my rating system. I ordered a dress from them. No tracking, no communication or response through their website, email, or non working phone numbers. I requested a refund from PayPal.

Horrible Customer service. Phone number listed doesn’t even work. Don’t bother ordering from them. You can get the same products from Walmart and Amazon.

I never got my product and now I loss my money!! They are not a company their scammers who take your money!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $100 on dresses that never came. Their number and emails are fake and they don’t respond. Huge scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE - Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still no tracking/communication on shipping. Their telephone numbers don’t work and they don’t respond to emails. I believe they are scammers. I filed a claim with PayPal.

Ordered 3 pair of pajamas, spending 103$, from this company on May 13,2023. I received an email saying they were shipped, have yet to receive them and it is June 17th. I have emailed the company with no response back. Tracking number does not work! I would highly recommend not ordering from this company. It is a scam and I want my money back!

I ordered a shorts set on 6/3 and haven’t received the order or any information related to shipping. Their phone number isn’t real and they don’t answer their emails. Very frustrating.

I have ordered a bra on 29th may and still haven’t received it. It’s been 3 weeks now. Please return my money. Order no 2756

They sent the wrong size bra and now will not respond to me emails. I will never trust this place again. Lousy, nonexistent customer service. They do not stand by their products or services. They take your money, then won't reply to your emails when THEY send you the wrong thing. Notice they will only comment on positive reviews but don't attempt to correct the negative issues?

I ordered a sweatshirt and it came completely different than what was pictured. Their website states 100% satisfaction and returns yet I haven’t heard anything back from my email to them. Does anyone know how to get a hold of them for the return form?

I ordered an item and received a couple of emails indicating that my order was being "prepped" or ready for shipment and then complete silence. I tried to contact them via email and phone (which just buzzes as though it's a busy signal) and received no reply. At this point I'm assuming I won't be receiving the item.

Received my pyjamas quite promptly. Although theyre not as warm as i was hoping. The material is thin and theyre arent full length so my ankles are exposed.
