Ordered a Karaoke machine well before Xmas and Comfy bear say it’s been delivered but it definitely hasn’t so I’m short of £25.Is it a scam,I think so because I’ve emailed them 3 times and have got nothing back .So people beware of this company.

Purchased shoes from them and they went ghost, no tracking information or means of contact the company. SCAMMER

WARNING SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered shoes months ago. I’ve still not received them. I’ve emailed them three times through their contact us link, the third time asking for a refund. Three times they just reply with an generic automated link to track your order. DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. Needless to say I will never see my money again

Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered some sandals and they eventually arrived but were far too big. OVERSIZED is a understatement! Having sent several emails to them they were having none of it. I am consequently left with some sandals that are of no use whatsoever.
I would never recommend this company.

This company is a total scam. Ordered shoes in July and after countless emails have still not received them. I doubt if they even exist. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Overcharged me and stated it was for shipping.
Tried to cancel and they said shoes had been sent

I recently ordered a weed snatcher £21.99 plus postage. Why oh why did I do it. I had to chase the order and when it arrived there was no pole with it. After several emails to them, I was advised I got what I ordered. No returns address, no invoice, nothing. I have since looked it up and amazon do them for £9.99. Looking at the reviews, not a cars chance of getting my money back

I have had the same experience as everyone who has already commented. One of the suggestions from Citizens Advice was to try Charge back via my bank (I paid with debit card). Yesterday, I saw my bank has reimbursed me. Worth a try, although does not get to the root of the problem - this company is a scam.

ComfyUK is the worst consumer company I've dealt with in a long time. Stubborn and selfish, and client comes last, not first.
AVOID them.
Their system incorrectly transferred my address from PayPal into their system, resulting in a failed delivery and return to their distribution centre. They REFUSE to acknowledge this and insist I pay a disproportionate postage fee (or deduct it from my refund).
Will never use them again nor recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As previous reviews, I have been throughout the same experience. It is very sad these people are getting away with this. Where are my customer right? I contacted PayPal who after their investigation decided ComfyUK was right to charge me extra money for the oversized parka despite cancelling order within 12 hours of placing the order.

I ordered 2 macs from this company, after waiting 5 weeks I got them, i could not believe it, they are nothing like the ones I ordered, cottons hanging, thin and flimsy, the size is not true either, I contacted them thinking there in the uk as company say's, obvs they are not, basically asked me to send photos, I sent them and they said there was nothing wrong with them, I beg to differ, now they are ignoring me, wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered *DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a coat which was totally not proportioned, and Comfyuk have refused a return. They even asked me to send a picture of myself in said coat to prove that I was telling the truth (which I did!) and they still would not accept that the coat was not fit for purpose. AVOID THIS COMPANY, as it seems they will happily take your money for items that would never fit and then refuse returns, even with proof!

I ordered an oversized raincoat priced £33, and that was with £45 off. It took 5 wks to arrive. Im usually very careful when buying online, and thought as it was called Comfyuk it was UK based. Wrong! I did email to cancel, however, they said it had been shipped. Up to this point I had not received any despatch info, but funnily enough did the next day.

When it arrived, it was not oversized, and in fact too small and the quality was absolutely shocking and looked nothing like the pictures.

I contact Citizens advice who basically stated customers are covered by UK consumer laws, however, needed to obtain a report from an expect witness, to contest it!!!! Yeah right.

I emailed them stating I was not happy due to the quality and size to which they replied words to the effect of "you ordered a 10, that's what you've got and you won't get a refund or exchange".

I have yet to receive a response after informing them I had contacted a complaints watchdog and doubt I will. I've put it down to a bad experience. A truly awful company.

I ordered an oversized parka, it looked lovely in the pics with lots of great reviews. What arrived was nothing like it, awful colour and very badly made with really rough stitching and overall terrible quality. An absolute con! Don’t buy from this company!!

If I could give this company minus I would. Complete fraud and scammers. I informed PayPal almost as soon as I ordered as a suspicious £6 'tax' had been added to the purchase AFTER I had gone to checkout and paid. SO angry with PayPal who have to 'investigate ' which took almost 3 weeks, in the end it worked in the favour of these scammers who had somehow managed to get a RoyalMail track and trace which said the item had been delivered??? When I queuried royal mail with my delivery address they said they didn't recognise my postcode, so where has it been delivered to?? I've been emailing these crooks saying I want a refund and they still keep banging on about how the item has been shipped, this is over a month later now!!! Do Not order from these crooks.

Abysmal company customer service not even worth rating. Attempted to cancel within 30 minutes of ordering coat after reading reviews only to be told it had been shipped. Requested shipping details but nothing received until a month later to say it had just been despatched. Clearly not shipping from UK as the advice shows it's coming from China. Raised an issue with PayPal who were not interested. I
Am not expecting much if the coat arrives. Appalling that companies like this can be allowed to trade looking at the complaints via trust pilot and PayPal.

I eventually received a coat from this company even though i tried to cancel the order immediately after seeing reviews but could not get it cancelled. Also charged more than advertised at £28.99
even though it stated free postage. Don't know what the extra money was for. The coat is not as advertised and must be taken from some other company. It is dreadful workmanship and shoddy.I wonder how this company is allowed to operate as they are total scammers and are still advertising under different names. They are not Comfy UK. Do these companies know about this.

I dont expect to get any money back but something should be done about this false advertising. The coat is only good for the bin.

Do not order off this company I've ordered a coat that supposed to be my size does not fit me and they do not have a bigger size. They have refused to refund me. This is a scam company reported to trading standards.

This company is committing fraud. I ordered a coat size 14 from its site on Instagram. It cost £28.99. No delivery fee, no importation tax.

My credit card was charged £31.99.

They refuse the refund and change their answer each time I e mail. Claimed it was a pay pal charge, I did not use pay pal.

The coat arrived size XL, was poorly stitched, damaged button and fraying seams. It’s supposed to be a wind breaker. It’s so thin it’s pointless.

I complained and was told they won’t allow a refund.

This company use several names snd advertise on Instagram and Facebook so be aware it’s a huge scam.

Chinese company with an office in the UK, trading standards should shut them down.
