The following are the reasons why I say so -
1.
The website claims to have a 100 day return policy, but, behaves like an innocent upon asking to return, playing smart by claiming they don't have return shipment pickup facility.
You can understand how they are making a fraudulent advertising online by claiming of "100 days return"

upon asking for return/refund The website asks you to courier back the products to their flat in jaipur. What if consumer sends back the items by investing more in Courier service and it get delivered, but, Mr. Shubham Mittal or his team at say it's not in good condition as sent back, so no refund?
what option shall a consumer have about it? other then wasting more money in courier service.

The website does not have any legal contact information on their website and help section and not even in terms and conditions section. nowhere any description for legal action should be filled against soon.

Also, if somehow your return reaches the company and whatever depreciation they count on the basis of returning condition of product; they do not say for refund, they want the money to retain in their account and you buy something else.

The website sells most of the items meant for kids and teenagers(as most of the items are anime series reference based, which majorly attracts the kids and teenagers) and it does not have any legal entity, information system and return shipment pickup system, and claiming of 100 days return offer. It should be treated wrong ethically and legally both.
DO NOT BUY any product from this website as they are not what they seem and claim online.
