I foolishly filled out a form for a quote from this company about a waste disposal contract years ago, as they seemed like a real company. The guy I spoke to sounded professional but gave me a monthly quote that was about the same as the clinic I was working at was paying a year. That’s considering they were a multi clinician business with several treating rooms and I was trying to set up as a sole trader. Obviously I decided not to bother. I barely ever got scam phonecalls before that and since then I have had all sorts of dodgey callers so obviously they sold my contact details to (other) criminals too. As others have said, they are still hounding me with threatening sounding emails pretty much every single day since October 2023 (2 1/2 years ago). I can only fill out a review for an experience in the past twelve months so what I’m specifically complaining about here is an email sent on 8th of May entitled “ ACTION REQUIRED: We have been trying to contact your business...” apparently from “Chris Walker” which is then trying to sell me broadband. Just one example of hundreds of emails, which I dare not even unsubscribe to as the link is probably dodgey as well.

Disgrace of a company. They buy your information online then harass you with daily emails with threatening headlines to make you click on them. AVOID THIS SCAM!!!

Jaydon at Commercial Experts was excellent. She really listened to what I needed and wasn’t the usual pushy phone salesperson. She thought critically about which services would genuinely benefit me, and was also honest about what I didn’t need, which was really refreshing. Professional, helpful, and trustworthy throughout. Super helpful service! I used as a one stop shop to set up all of the utility products for my business and actually got a really great deal on my energy rates. Waste collection, energy, broadband and card payment machine all sorted in just one call!

Repeated unsolicited SPAM calls, I've previously requested them to cease contacting me. Such practices do not bode well for business transactions.

I had a fantastic experience and just had to share! The customer service was excellent, friendly and genuine help from start to finish. What really stood out was how the lady I spoke with took the time to understand my business and my needs and guided me to speaking to the right people for a new Epos system for my cafe. They made it a simple process and stress free.
