After waiting almost one half hour on the first person I was then directed to another person who took twenty minutes to inform me that they did not have any insurance carriers interested in taking my business .
Thank you but no thank you your firm just wasted my time....

The process takes too long
The process takes too long. Several different people call and ask the same questions over and over. I went with a local agent in the end, because of those reasons.
