OK Lesson learnt. Don't use brokers unless they can provide documents to substantiate what they are claiming to sell. Despite long involved conversations over the phone they charged an application fee... Voir plus

Remortgage Product
Commercial Trust initiated the remortgage process started 4 months before current product expired. That gave me time to search other providers. The whole process was smooth, and I am extremely happy with their Customer Service who kept me informed at every stage. Thank you, if I did not say that before now.

Very well organised and efficient operation
Picked up this company from internet. From the start I encountered only thorough professionalism. Brokers sometimes get a bad name but I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Very well organised and responsive. I really felt they were on my side and secured a very favourable re financing for me. From initial phone interview with Richard , who then handed over to Laura, they excelled. What a well oiled operation. No hesitation in recommending them for commercial property transactions.

Good but not as good as they were…
I've dealt with Commercial Trust before and found their service excellent; two years later things appear to have slipped somewhat. The initial service was good however once a product had been agreed upon it seemed that after being passed on to the purely administrative side of things through to completion that staff I spoke to really didn't know or understand the mortgage process as well as I did. When I had basic queries they couldn't be answered because the knowledge wasn't there and it felt very much as though staff were simply following a check list of things 'to do' without understanding them, documents were received which should have been proof-read and amended before being sent to me. If anything is likely to leave a negative impression it's dealing with a financial or legal process and finding it lacking in precision or attention to detail.

Not the cheapest and not particularly speedy service. However all the Commerial Trust advisors were professional and courteous. Don’t go with the recommended solicitors. Find your own. Quicker and cheaper!

Complete customer satisfaction (Judith &lucinda)
This is the second time that I have used commercial trust to purchase a Btl property namely after using (Judith Hoggard) the first time . Both my advisors were Judith and Lucinda. Judith was incredibly efficient in finding me the most suitable Mortage which best matched my needs. Throughout the process Lucinda shown true leadership skills by ensuring that the solicioters and the estate agents were doing what they were supposed to be doing ,within the expected time scales. Lucinda kept me regularly updated and was always on hand to answer any queries or concerns I had . Both my solicioters and the estate agents commented on Lucinda’s professionalism and efficiency on several occasions. I am immensely greatfull to both Lucinda and Judith for all their help and support they have given , and I will definitely be using commercial trust again because of this. Thank you Lucinda and Judith you have both been amazing and you are both a credit to your company for the high level of customer satisfaction I have received.
