Terrible waste of time travelled 2 hours there for someone to write a report to my insurance twisting words
Was recommended to me from where I purchased my vehicle from, said they was happy to quote for the repairs, had me drive over and say the previous repairs wasn't to bad, baring in mind paint work was terrible blend lines in the panel, dust particles under paint work and white speckles on other areas plus the guys had sprayed onto my wrapp on van. We also had areas missing that wasn't repaired when my insurance sorted repairs out with another approved garage. Following this i showed the gentleman we had a new rear light installed cracked in bottom corner to which he didn't have much to say but noted on his pad.
I discussed with the same gentleman if insurance approved garages do spray jobs i.e blending if vehicle still has manufacturer warranty as I would have thought they sprayed the panel seam to seam covering the full panel. He did explain to me that with me having wrapp on van the insurance would advice to spray to the rear rail of the van further up than a previous repair was done ok I said thats fine.
My next question was can u price my pannel to be sprayed how the insurance would approve he said yes Andrew thats fine. I then asked him how much the full panel seam to seam would be if he did the top half also as I would pay for this, as I think personally on a 1 year old van a full panel should be sprayed because in the future I will be removing wrapp and wouldn't want to see or worry about a blend line running through a rear quarter panel.
Things were left there for him to get me a price up for repairs. The company has said to an engineer in my insurance to say I wanted the full panel spray and my insurance paying full which is bullsh**.
Then they give us a price to have the repairs done but 11 days later they didn't want to repair my van. So how does your quote help me, I'm now 7 weeks into a none fault claim and this company has wasted 2 weeks of important time for me to have to get another quote from another garage which the price will not be the same thanks guys I really appreciate your time and wasting 2 hours of my time diesel and efforts to try and resolve my issue.

Fantastic, personal and friendly service
Absolutely blown away by the service provided by CVC. I'd previously contacted a few other leasing companies and was underwhelmed by their response. I contacted CVC with an enquiry and had a call back within an hour or so. Everything from that point on has been friendly, professional, quick and seamless, from quote through to order. It's taken just 3 days and a handful of emails with a dedicated account manager to get from enquiry to successful order of our new vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone.

CVC Good deal and Experience

3 new vans, great support!
We ordered 3 new vehicles from CVC as our exisiting fleet were approaching end of life.
I checked out the market and contacted 4 different vehicle suppliers, CVC came out best for price. But further more the support post placing the order has been great - arranging for vehicle branding, cladding, shelving and ladder rails. Kept informed throughout and supported. Phil has been happy to support with questions and prompt responses recieved everytime!
Huge thanks to Phil B & James M - they know their stuff! Would highly reccomend.
