Awful service and miserable products - don't waste your money
Awful service. The specifics :- the heart rate information I am getting is very inaccurate either showing an extremely high heart rate over 180 when it absolutely is not and I have compared it with a Polaire Strap and an oxymeter. Or when I am doing weight training with dumb bells apparently I am doing absolutely nothing. I can feel that my heart rate is raised but not according to my Fitbit 6 tracker which I bought in March 2026. I cannot sign in and here comes the Catch 22 - I cannot sign in because I am not receiving the email to reset my password. You also do not accept phone calls despite offering that on the website - the website insists that I sign in and so round and round we go. With Fitbit it wasn't like that at all so well done Google something else has got worse. I have owned a lot of Fitbits and now think perhaps it is time to move to another device. Some courtesy and accurate info is surely is the least one should expect from one of the richest companies in the world.
