This is a vital continuance of service when dealing with the IRS. In my case, in 2025-26, after reaching a deal, Community Tax withdrew support and IRS elected not to honor that deal almost immediately. I had tried to sign up for this service while still being represented by C.T. without success. Finally brought on board and a bit behind in my grappling with the IRS, the three stars can improve to five if CT has my back like a ghetto cop in Oakland.

Terry and her team have worked with me for about 2 years. I'm disorganized and completely terrible about procrastinating. Not only is she (they) totally knowledgeable but patient and kind. They never are short with me and are understanding. They are good about relating to me, have empathy and appear to be getting years of problems handled proficiently.

I engaged Community tax to help me with a substantial Federal Income Tax liability
I engaged Community tax to help me with a substantial Federal Income Tax Liability. Due to my health I suffered a significant loss of income which made it impossible to satisfy this liability. My primary liaison throughout this process is a Mr. Brian Ellingwood and my practitioner is MS. Sureily Pacheko Ganzalez. I provided them with the requested financial information which was submitted to the IRS. As a result my liability has been reduced by 89% and am on a very affordable installment agreement which I can satisfy, I can't them them enough for the work they did on my behalf. I would highly recommend this company and these individuals in particular to anyone in a similar situation.
