Commusoft Avis 

Commusoft started strong, we have been with them a long time and stuck with them through a copious amount of technical issues that even resulted in revenue loss on our side over the years. However now they are only interested in extorting their customer, putting necessary features behind massive pay walls and basically discriminating against small companies that use them. Telling you " oh no sorry that feature is only available if you pay for 10 licenses" but its a feature small companies would use to help them grow. A company with one administrator, one lead engineer, one part time engineer and one training engineer would not need 10 licenses, it is blatant extortion and they simply do not care. Their software is so imperfect when an issues arises with it, even their own team is often unsure why it is behaving in a certain way and take ages to resolve or even get back to you about it. I leave this review feeling it is truly deserved as we are now being forced after years and years of loyalty to change software a such a crucial time in our company's growth simply because they want us to pay an obscene amount of money per month for one small little feature we need. We told them we do not need all the other nonsense they want to up in with it, we do not need 1 licenses, we do not need access to absolutely every single complicated ridiculous or pointless thing you incorporated into your system, we needed access to contract creation, that is all. I would say avoid them and use Gas Engineer Software or something similar instead.

Great Diary system for our Plumbing and heating business. Engineers easily use the product and looking to get more out of the product with further training.

Been with Commusoft for around 8 years and we couldn’t manage without it. For us being able to look at the data on the dashboard has really helped us realize where our issues were and enables us to focus on improving. First time fix is now 98%.

I’ve had the same experience as Wayne above. I’ve downsized and was being charged for 3 users for 6 months even though I requested only one user. I wasn’t told it was 3 minimum. When I requested to be credited I was refused and asked to pay a £500 bill. Account has now been closed and I was refused to be given my database of over 1000 customers built up with them for over 9 years. Absolute joke of a company and service and it’s not even great software. Difficult to use and the app is not modern like others I’ve seen. Best time to move on and build my business with a company that cares about their customers.

The importance of not putting all of you eggs in one basket.
I have had to downsize my company this year.
I asked Commusoft to reduce the amount of users I contract with them. From 3 to just the one.
They declined and told me three. Was the minimum amount of accounts I could have. I backed up everything from Commusoft but it is basically fractured unusable data.
I now have invoices I cannot send and trace or even produce because they have closed my account. I would have happily contracted for another year in one account because there is only me in the business at the moment but that wasn’t good enough for them.
Steer clear of this company.
